Avoid click and collect
Bunnings processes to get a click and collect item ready for collection are too long and Painful to make this service worth using. You pay up front, then your order goes into a black hole (store refuses to investigate) and when they’re ready they let you collect. Can be days.
I recommend you call the store, reserve the item then pay and collect at your leisure rather than being stuck in their poor service loop.
It’s disappointing companies continue to put these poor processes in place that disadvantage customers.

The reality - I'm now a week into my Promised 'next day' click to collect experience. Still in a Bunnings black hole. No update. Store flat out refused to investigate and told me I'm being the service I signed up for. The offer you give me is that I summit a request for informing into another Bunnings black hole process (web form). No number to call you? No email to correspond with you? of course not. Bunnings has resources to push out PR messaging (like yours) but won't actually invest in fixing my problem. If you were employed to help instead of just write PR answers, I'd be resolved by now. Rude employees at prospect in south Australia
Staff at Bunnings are very rude and needs customer service training they don’t even know their prices and want to argue with me the customer about prices when I know damn well I was right with the price, @ prospect road store in South Australia, I wish they had better service which would make shopping more pleasurable

Great refund policy but should have a way to search location of items in store without having to ask assistant
When I search for an item online, why can't I see which aisle(exact location) that item is in the store. I spend most of my time stupidly searching when I should already know the location of the item I'm searching for. I shouldn't have to rely on seeking out the help of an assistant who are not always close by or available.

Rude and unhelpful
I was trying to get some information on how to adjust the size of a rectangular clothes line. First assistant said she would call the area expert, Jenny. Jenny never came. I asked another assistant and he called Jenny. Jenny never came. Then another assistant turned up and asked me what I wanted to know, he said he "was no expert" but said he would go and get Jenny. Came back and assured me that anything I wanted to do was either impossible or would void warrantee. I gave up and decided to go to a real hardware store where people know what they're talking about.

Service with a snarl
Drove into the bulk trade section of the Goulburn store with my trailer and found it crowded. Attempted to make a U-turn and park further away from where the materials were that I sought. Pallets of items stored all around the place making it challenging to manoeuvre.

I have spent 10's of thousands in your store since it opened as I am renovating an old property in Goulburn, and despite occasions of good and helpful service, there have been some appalling examples of terrible service, which have undone the good. I could name and shame at least half a dozen of your stellar performers and their craven, lazy, ignorant and at times utterly disinterested behaviour, but I don't think your company are worth wasting any more time on. I dare say you have a captive audience up on the hill, but you could learn a thing or two from the other hardware store on Sloane street, where at least they attempt positive engagement and offer good advice. Their attitude is amiable as well as considerate. Your staff look like they're just going through the motions and lack motivation in too many instances. Some of your younger staff lack an understanding of customer service, empathy and respect for people with any impairment, and some of your older staff seem to think that customers are a stupid such is their at times disconnected and monosyllabic tone of address if as a customer I am seeking advice or even trying to engage in light hearted banter.Kate L.Bunnings Warehouse

Worst to best service
Went to buy clothesline, saw a deal in store. Went to this guy names Christopher who didn’t bother to help and said its not in stock. I couldn’t believe him and went to the front counter asked another lady forgot her name but she helped me find the clothesline. Assisted me with it and told me how to set it up.

Bunning wont publish my review on a Product
I purchased a high pressure cleaner and bunning said it has 7 years warrenty. ( Karcher ).
Because i purchaswd it under my business name i only got 3 months instead of 7 years. Bunnings denies it so i called Karcher directly and they confirmed it. It is 3 months if purchased under a business name or if paid for with a business credit card.
I had proof on my phone but bunning still denied it. I told them to call karcher and they refused.
I posted a review on the bunning webside and they dont want to publish it. I posted the proof i had.
Staff needs more training its not about just selling stuff and misleading people about the truth.
Dont trust bunning reviews they only publish if it is 5 star and if it suits them.

Refunds Made Easy
Mostly when getting a refund at Bunnings in North Penrith it is without hassles which I appreciate, and because of this I feel assured making purchases there.
Bunnings has a good range of products, particularly when doing home renovations.

Never again
Click and collect, after 3 days & 3 visits have managed to collect a small part of the order. A couple ahead were in tears about their situation, then loudly mocked by staff after they left. You may as well just have the staff scream abuse for all the help they were. They also casually blamed and mocked the person who was meant to collate our order as well as casually comment our total may change but they won't know until the next day, which means the builder cannot collect the materials until the accounts person comes in (8am) Putting our project back by a day. Extra costs to us about $300 care factor by Bunnings 0% Will never use them again.

Let down by Bunnings sub-contractors on installation of split system air con unit
I recently purchased a split system air conditioner from Bunnings and arranged installation through the store in Moorabbin. The installer (MVS Heating & Cooling) didn't arrived on the arranged time or day and we ended up waiting around all weekend when they said they were coming. When they did eventually arrive, it took the whole day to do the install and several mistakes were made. ooked terrible it wasn't washed down and the mess they left on the ground has now dried and set into the concrete. Finally the wall bracket wasn't put up properly and left a hole exposing where the pipe goes into the unit. I have tried to get them back but once again they are not arriving as arranged. It is making it worse because Bunnings are not responding to my emails or phone calls. I should have gone with Cold Flow and paid the extra for a decent job. Everything you need just come to Bunnings
I am a new homeowner and of course, I had a lot of things to fix, to build and renovate. Surprisingly, everything I needed so far were available in Bunnings stores. They are selling everything from any type of nails, to bricks, pavers, etc. Also, all the staffs there seem trained really well and very friendly. I have not had any trouble with them.

Delivery fees too high
I wanted to order two outdoor bamboo venition blinds, total value around $30-50... but was told by the southport store the delivery fee would be at least $40. Now that's too much..and has put me off shopping at your bunnings stores...

Great service @ the Minchinbury store.
Just want to give a thumbs-up to a young staff member @ the Minchinbury store.
At approx 19:30 17/02/20 he saw me struggling (I'm old) to load 150kg of pool salt and a large box of shelves (40kg) into the back of the wagon.
He came out to the parking lot and loaded the car for me. Unfortunately I didn't get his name.

Bunnings Click and Collect Morayfield
I tried click and collect at Bunnings for the first time three days ago in the mistaken belief I would save time. It took me longer than it would have to get the items from the shelf myself. This last summer have purchased four 20 mtr soaker hoses. Two have failed so far.
We have also purchased four strings of solar lights. One didn’t work properly from the start and there is only one left that works for part of the night. Why is it that I am no longer able to see reviews that have been posted on products on your website.
I have been looking for a couple of products and before purchase I have wanted ti see what customers have thought of them. One product I have looked at for example, is a Ryobi Air Compressor that has 6 customer reviews. When I look at the product there is no where to see feedback. This is not the only product that this is occurring with, but, all of your range where feedback has been left.
