Bunnings replaced a product I had ordered (wrong colour) within 2 days. They responded within hours to my critical review. Then delivered new item and collected original the day after I initially spoke to them. Excellent service.

Don't get caught ordering online from Bunnings, I ordered click and next day collect from website which said item was in stock but then after receiving no confirmation email called the Bunnings store to be told items were out of stock and would be on back order or I had to cancel order. Just a waste of time.

I bought a Premium cow manure 25L, Selling as cow manure but it contains lots of organic materials. most of them are tiny mulch. No cow manure at all. it is terrible. Why they not selling pure cow manure with out garden rubbish

I went into the Bunnings Morayfield garden section this morning to buy some garden soil. I am in my 70's and needed some help to lift 2 bags into my trolley which were on the pallet at the entrance. The male employee at the door refused to help me and told me to keep my distance and go to the back of the store where more was located. A kind customer eventually helped me. This person should not be working there as he was doing absolutely nothing in regards to helping customers.

Andrea WORKED ALONE in Broadmeadows Paint Shop today. Fast, efficient, polite & helpful despite having no support at all. She apologised for taking a toilet break. Bunnings Management should be ashamed.

Asked the person on the door for help at your Morayfield store and was treated like I had corona. Then the male employee told me he had no idea as he had only worked there for a week! Train your staff in basic customer service please Bunnings, we pay enough for your poor quality imported crap!

I have purchased 3 plants in the past 2 weeks and would like to say that they all were in a great condition very healthy and are now thriving! Will definitely be returning

I enjoy visiting Bayswater Bunnings. The guy at the door always knows where everything is. I need velcro holders and he was able to tell me its exact location. This is great when you have a baby that cracks it when I take to long shopping! I actually drive past another bunnings just to shop here as they are keen to help me.

Powerpass did not discount the purchase of an Oregon self sharpening electric chainsaw ref 603354-AAB, but did on other purchases made at the same time - 2 off snail pellets ( Hortico and multi crop brands )

Appalling quality hand tool. Although very low price at $9.95 I was only able install 3 rivets before the gun jammed. This worked out to be $3.33 per rivet. I had 30 or so rivets to install in order to assemble the garden shed (also purchased from Bunnings). Hence the project could not be completed.

An O'Connor WA Special Orders staff member was not only incompetent today but rude when I offered nine digit number WHICH I WAS GIVEN! I then gave my phone number and suggested she was probably using a relational database and the nine digit field would soon become obvious (which is did). She then wrongly claimed I said it was a part number, hopeless.

I would suggest staff be properly trained and actually want to be there rather than waste customers' time and treating them as imbeciles. If I am given a number by phone I would suggest it is reasonable to rely upon it.

I placed a Click and Collect order Friday 1:41 pm. I called the customer service line at 9:30 because I still hadn't received confirmation it had been picked Chrisa at Customer service told me "there is nothing I can do ring the store". I rang Tweed Heads South Branch At 9:40 and was told "I cant find the person in charge of Click and Collect I'll get them to call you back. 10:39 I had the pleasure of bring brushed off again by Chrisa when I cancelled my Click and Collect order.

It turned out that the original comment I wrote is wrong. I was cheated by a scam website. Bunnings Southport rightfully declined to price match it. My apologies.

Hands down the worst Bunnings. Minimal parking, horrible cluttered layout and unhelpful staff. A special shout out to Dave at the Trade Desk, the most unhelpful and disgruntled person there.

Upon being intimidated by trying our own floor renovation, we consulted the staff at Bunnings Taree and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Staff were friendly and even helped us keep the renovations to our budget.

In bunning invermay Launceston, some little punk kid was a smart and no help at all, when challenged about his answers he called me a thief and kicked me out.
