Try holding down the black or colour button for around 10 seconds and this may help. Also check if your ink is empty. Alternatively, Google the manual. Hope this helps

Hi I am reinstalling the printer mg3560 from a computer reinstall and now I can no longer get the printer to find the usb connection was working in the past but not know win 10 pro have put a new cable on and gone through all the steps in uninstall then reinstall any help would be great

Canon MG3560 printer is online, but printer status is "out of paper", but is has paper and we can print from other computers. How do I change the printer status on home computer?

May be No-paper PC may be older pc, and Same windows OS. if so update the driver if so.
Can I suggest checking of your home computer has the compatible printer driver installed. Go to settings>printer drivers. Make sure the printer is connected and the computer should then search for the printer and install the correct driver accordingly. Hope this helps.

My printer will print from computer but will not photocopy. The paper just comes out blank. There is plenty of ink, any help?

Try scanning,if no result scanner cable may be loosened(may be due to shifting) OR scanner gone kaput. If scanner works problem may be with Copier button and dust deposit may be the culprit.

I refilled the ink and since then it is not printing properly. it prints but it is unreadable as 3/4 of it has only printed, it only prints the top half of the sentence. Can you help me please

What do you mean by 'I refilled the ink'? If you replaced the cartridges you shouldn't have a problem. If you just had the cartridges refilled, then I suspect that is your problem. The only thing I can suggest is go through the troubleshooting process and clean the printing system.
I played around doing allsorts of things I found the cartridge had a tape over a part of it, took that off and everything is working great Thank you

I am trying to change the ink cartridges but the little black door hiding the cartridges will not open. Printer is on and sitting level. I have opened and closed the front door several times but still can't access the ink. Any help?

I suggest you follow the instructions here: https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&id=ART142401. In particular, make sure you lower drawer E, as the cover will not drop until E has been lowered.
If that doesn't work, and the printer is still under warranty, take it back to the store where you purchased it. If it is out of warranty, you could try contacting Canon.au.

the printer is flashing the lightning signal and I don't know how to find what the probem is?? When I try to print it says error??

Has the printer worked at all? If not, then I believe the flashing light is a part of the setup procedure. I think you will find the answer to your question if you go back to the printer setup sheet; the manual appears to be hopeless, so I wouldn't go there.

My printer says that it is connected to another computer and wont print. What do I need to do?

I no longer use this printer and have never had this problem. I would suggest, however, that you need to make sure that your Canon MG3560 printer is set as your "Default Printer".
Go to Control Panel and open "devices and Printers". Your default printer will be listed with a green tick. If this is not the printer you wish to use, find the icon for your MG3560 printer in the list and "right click" on the icon. Then click on the option" set as default printer". You may have to delete the printer that was previously listed as your default. Right click on this printer and select "remove device".
unplug printer or if its wireless turn it off Uninstall all drivers from device manager then reboot system once rebooted plugin printer turn it on make sure it showing blue light if wireless then Go to Control Panel and open "devices and Printers". Your default printer will be listed with a green tick. If this is not the printer you wish to use, find the icon for your MG3560 printer in the list and "right click" on the icon. then click setup printer once installed go to browser google type in drivers canon pixma MG3560 driver download you will see canon drivers for your model download then install restart pc then all you do now is PRINT good luck
