They don't listen

We have had our payments changed from weekly to monthly despite not asking them to. Then they tried to debit again, and charged a dishonour fee on both transactions despite neither of them being authorised. Have 2 defaults issued in the space of a month despite having an arrangement in place. Mind you, the 2 months of arrears were from when we THOUGHT we had hardship approved because they held our direct debits for 2 months after we advised my partner had lost his job.

I dont know if their staff write incomplete notes, or they are not trained enough. Really disappointed in how they have handled our situation.

Ps. Still waiting on a loan statement that has been requested twice now .. top stuff.

This organisation has done the same thing to us, after the payout for our loan was closed out and they had received the money, they then decided a week later to take a repayment out of our account. Basically they have stolen money from us.

We will need to take this further and the rest of reviews on their customer service are spot on, the pretty much isn't any.

Just got off the phone to these Gumbys!
No Idea!
Final payment was due on a 5 year lease. I hadn't missed a payment.
No email to advise residual was due. They just called me when payment was 8 days overdue and advised me of additional charges. Then they couldn't email me payout invoice. I will have to wait 24 hours.
Take your business else where!

Capital finance continued to take funds form my bank account after the account was settled. They failed to resolve the matter upon request and continued to steal money.

This is fraudulent behaviour at best. Perhaps they should've been dragged into the Royal Commission hearing too.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
Trying to apply for hardship spent over 35 mins on hold 4 times!!
Once finally thru & what i hoped would be sorted then & there..didn't happen.
Steer clear pack of idiots.
After 4 years of on time payments no loyalty shown..

They won’t return my calls. Shocking assistants with financial hardship. Put me on a payment plan only to call me and tell me not to pay till I have heard from them.

I’ve been with capital five years now and not once have they let me down! Always polite to talk to and get anything sorted right then and there ! Will be looking at use in the future.

This company is ridiculous. Won’t send through statements to my postal address, don’t respond to any of my online requests and on hold times are through the roof. Have been trying to obtain a statement for 3 weeks now. Can’t wait for my loan to be paid out so I never have to speak with this company again.

Nightmare to deal with BEWARE

No final invoice or payout details and has taken two weeks of phone calls and is still has not been sent.
They claim I am now in arrears but have not provided bank payment details or payout figure due to privacy laws??? Read the reviews and avoid this company at all costs.

These guys are dodgy, provide 1 payout figure to pay out my loan and then increase the figure by almost 1K. I will never use this company again!

- No Payout figures via written emails etc makes it a nightmare to get sorted
- Ask for time (2 weeks) as it was christmas to decide if I want to refinance or pay out, Was given time but during that time was sent to collections damaging my credit rating
- Shocking hold times

Amateur Business Processes - Avoid

At the end of a 3 year lease(all payments on time) Capital do not contact you to inform you the final payment is now due(Balloon Payment) I simply got a snotty letter 2 weeks later to say I was in arrears and then get bombarded with No Caller ID calls, which never leave a voicemail, probably a Pillopino or Elephant Rider Call Centre. A simple letter one month prior to the lease end date is all that was required, a very basic business process, which they avoid so they can charge you late fees. Amateur at best......

Disgusting customer service. The text reminders and voice calls you receive if you're a day late are damn right Rude. No compassion whatsoever. Avoid at all costs and make sure you shop around as you will definitely find a better company to deal with.

No Caller ID

If you're one day late with these clowns, the No Caller ID calls start.
I threatened them with payment suspension but no good. They just phone every hour of the day.
Funny thing is, they would easily be able to see the regular payments each month (not direct debit as they kept changing the day on me) but they still have to phone.
Do not go anywhere near these people!

Never again will I take out another loan with these people

Customer service is very poor they don't care about your situation all they want is your money and if you don't pay you get your car taken off you, rang them several times for an account statement and it took them 3 weeks to send it, they kept telling me they had but I never received it and had never received it from the time I took the loan out. I would strongly not recommend these people to any of my friends or anyone else!!!!

Horrible Customer Service

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service from this company! I pay my fortnightly payments on time every fortnight & I spoke to a customer representative by the name of [name removed] and she was terribly rude. All I was requesting was to change my direct debit to my new pay date & she started yelling at me because I didn't agree with what she was saying. Never will I use this service again.
