I have paid almost 80k for a car agreed on deal of 60k. I was paying out double weekly pays for almost 2 years but when I changed work and work wasn't as fluent I was paying what I could. Didn't hear from them at all during the paying double period but as soon as I wasn't and was slipping behind here and there they would ring and question and belittle as to why I can't. Absolutely rogue wreckless company that if they think they're gonna take car because I'm behind a little bit, I will be quite happy to burn car in driveway. No good company at all.

This company have fine me $30.00 after they have taken the money out of my account. This was happening for last one year, no one contacted me on this issue now my fine stand $566.00 in short stay away from this company.

Have used Capital in the past and never had a problem until this week when we have tried to pay out our loan with them as they wouldn't refinance!!! I have been on the phone asking them to release our vehicle so that I can trade it in and they are telling me at least 5 business days!! NEVER before when I have traded cars or payed out cars have I had this issue!!! Even when I have refinanced through capital there was no hold up!! But because I have taken my business elsewhere they are holding us up!!!

Nothing more to say but the worst finance company going around. The staff are lazy and promise you everything on the phone but once they are offline..............nothing happens. From the customer service to the collections team, just pathetic bunch of people! Never again will I deal with this company!

Everything is good when they want something but when you ask them...its like trying to pull teeth out.

Even loan was paid out and I got confirmation email advising the loan was finalised. And month later next monthly payment was deducted from my bank account. Phoned to them and they advised that they need to close account and then refund money after recalculations. It was fixed term loan - authorised 60 transactions, what a hell they made 61? Hope to get money back on my account before Christmas.

Totally unhelpful, even when the loan was paid out they wouldn't give out confirmation. Took a week for the vehicle to be released. Have loan with another company, heaps better service than this mob.

Have asked for a statement for over a week and have been sent a pay out figure instead. Then no one will get back to me for 24 hours. Absolute rubbish! Will be refinancing.

I call to ask how much i have paid on loan what I have owing. I get answers to my questions quickly and without confusing me by giving different answers like other companies have. Staff have always been friendly and polite.

I've had 2 loans from these guys and regret both of them! Very bad customer service, ask for a statement of account and takes over a week to get sent to your email, you miss a payment and get slammed with a dishonour fee that keeps rising every time they try take money out! Money's not in there stop taking it out and making me pay more for it! I'm saving to get on top of 1 payment that I've missed and has cost me an extra $60 just because they think money's not there today, try again tomorrow.

Accidentally short paid a payment. No letter or advice but gave me a bad reference after 5 years of up to date payments for $2 short fall!

Never received any letter in my mail about a payment. Had sent out debt collectors and tow truck saying I was 4 months behind. Never been contacted say they left a message on my voicemail which I don't have. Staff are rude management are worse and the people they send reckless. They wonder why I was fired up.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life I updated all details over the phone and yet again still the stupid over the phone believes I was in the wrong. He blames Australia Post for not receiving my mail. Bloody dead set joke.

Had a loan with this company over 3 year period paid the loan out in the second year no problems staff were very helpful, once I paid the pay out figure I asked for a clear title letter less than 3 hours it was emailed to me the early pay out fee was very reasonable a couple of hundred dollars thank for the great service not bad for a $40000 car loan

I would stay well clear of this company. They have no customer service and do not respond to emails. Wanting to pay my loan out early and they have taken over two weeks to respond then are charging me $500 to pay my loan out early on top of the interest that I would of been charged if I kept the loan going. They are snakes and are just after as much of your money as they can get. I am very disappointed....

I applied for a loan against settlement 4 months ago. My lawyer sends info through after I chased it. Brisbane capital keep saying they didn't have it so I continually call my lawyer to get the same answer it's sent. I'm the one doing all their work not once did capital call to get the information themselves in the end 4 months down the track I've told them to stick it. Worst company I've ever dealt with, they are an absolute joke and I advise people don't waste your time find a more reputable company with trained staff. AVOID these guys save you sanity!!!

Wouldn't email me my pay out letter so I could trade in my vehicle. Avoid at all costs!!
