The car I rent was totally different with the one I expected.
Moreover, I got a broken key with sticky tape that annoys me during the trip, but Staff just said “it’s been a while since it’s broken, you can just use it”
Terrible pick up service which made me waste money for Uber.
I received an email about it, it says they will be reviewing this issue, it takes usually within 2 to 3 days.
Still didn’t get a personal message or any, Even though I sent an email again.
I didn’t get deposit as well.
It has been bothering my days recently.
No correspondence to explain how to pick up vehicle from airport. Eventually picked up after numerous phone calls and driven to a makeshift office. Booked a new 5 door Hyundai i30 online (or like) and received an old 3 door Yaris. Car had damage all over and a defective drivers seat that kept moving. Staff apologised and made excuses for all shortcomings but no solutions or competition offerered. Manager was condescending and patronising and continually blamed a 3rd party company for all their issues. The $3000 excess was more than the car was worth. You get what you pay for! It's worth spending a little extra and sticking with a reputable car hire company
