Wonderful service!
Carpetology are great value and provide a great service. They have cleaned my carpets and lounge twice, the initial clean was organised at the very last minute when my originally booked cleaner was a no show. Rhianna and Matt are lovely to deal with and will be looking forward to utilising their services in the future!

Thanks Matt for doing such a great and professional job for moving out carpet steam cleaning and with a reasonable price. My landord was very happy about the result since it improved the carpet condition very much. I'm going to receive a total refund of my bond.

Quick, efficient and reliable service. Was able to book carpet clean / pest control treatment the following day after the phone call. Turned up on time and provided excellent service. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

Professional & Great Service
Had Matt recently do an end of lease carpet clean / pest control, absolutely blew me away! Our carpets came up BRAND new, everything was done in a timely manner, and the price was better than anything we’d been referred. Super professional through out the whole process from booking to payment, couldn’t have asked for more!

Absolutely incredible. Matt saved my life!!!
Our house had a massive invasion of flees 2 weeks ago (our lovely cat prob got them from his furry friends in the neighbourhood) and I got so many flee bites all over my body (no words could describe how terrible it was and how terrified i felt). My sharemates and I we hired professionAl cleaner to come once and cleaned the whole house including carpets etc but it was no use i still continuously got so many more flee bites after that. We even bombed all the rooms but it worked for just a night or 2 then same thing happened again. I even had to ...
Read morerun away from my own home for days. Then when i was feeling so hopeless Matt and his company got introduced to us by one of my friends. He advised us that all sort of spray or bomb would only work on the flee adults but not on the lavas which hide deep in the carpets and corners. Just a day after we booked In the service Matt came and did his professional job. He was so quick and professional we could just tell he really knew what he was doing. And problem solved!!! Only 2 days later after Matt’s well done job I had no more flee bites and its been more than 2 weeks already absolutely no more flee bites whatsoever!! I cant be thankful enough to Matt and his company. No more itchiness, no more scars of flee bites’ and no more flees. The service is worth every penny. Well done Matt!Hi!

Excellent professional service
Matt was highly professional at all times. He updated me as to his time of arrival (I booked a last minute carpet clean and had to travel to the property to let him in) and even managed to remove stains a previous carpet clean had not.

My experience with carpestology 5 star from easy on line booking to the friendly confirmation phone call and finally to the professional job Matt provided. Such an impressive and punctual service and my carpets have never looked better. For this quality service with a smile I expected to pay a fortune but his prices are so affordable and resonable. Very Prifessional Service
Very professional- arrived early and was very patient and gracious about me running late from a doctors appointment- helped me move a few things I couldn’t lift. The cleaning solution was quite strong smelling which wasn’t ideal on a rainy day being stuck inside with kids but the job was very good, carpets, rugs and upholstery came up nicely. Thank you
