Extremely happy
From start to finish I am extremely happy with the service I received from Carpet Call. They installed my flooring and were efficient and professional. Because of the fantastic service I received with the flooring,one week later I rang and organized blinds for my windows. Again I was over the moon with the service. Massi arrived to measure and quote and he was fantastic, professional,helpful and happy and the same goes for Bill the installer. If I had any queries Massi always answered them promptly. Could not be happier. Thank you so much Massi and Carpet Call.

Blinds
I have recently had blinds made and installed by Carpet Call. The service was prompt and friendly and now they are in they are great.
The installer came on arranged day and was very quick and efficient.

Thanks to Massi Nazary
What started off as a disaster turned into a pleasant experience thanks to Massi Nazary who works for the Blind division. He smoothed the way for my carpet and timber laminate flooring as well as helping me with the blinds. Early days yet as installation not yet done but I just wanted to thank Massi Nazary who went above and beyond the call of duty to sort out a very difficult situation. He should be a Branch Manager as he knows all Carpet Calls products really well.

Called Anthony @ Blinds. 3 Townhouses. Came the next day. Quoted same day. Confirmed. Delivered and installed 14 days Brilliant!!! Sensational service, price and quality. 34 various blinds. Spot on.

Never knew carpet call done blinds until i got a quote on getting new carpet
Got a quote on some new blinds through carpet call and was very impressed with the service all the blinds were installed on the date agreed on and they look great....Thanks to all at carpet call for hassel free service and installation.......cant wait for the carpet to be installed at a later date.

Thank you for outstanding customer service
I had some issues regarding misleading delivery and installation times, but prompt and decisive action by Jade Donnelly was above and beyond the call of duty and was much appreciated! I will consider using Carpet Call for blinds in future, in large part thanks to the attention from Jade. Nic, who installed the blinds, was also friendly and professional. The end result looks great!!

So far so good
Walked into the store blind, very impressed by the sales rep. We had to wait a while but he really takes his time with you and gives you his complete undecided attention for the entire duration of your time in store, so patience is key. Was going to come out to our home himself but had to cancel last minute and sent out another rep. Still kept the same appointment os no worries.
New rep, Michael Tejtaz, from Richmond Location I believe(?) nice guy, knows his stuff, speaks a little fast, but that's about the worse thing I could say about him...Read more

Had my blinds installed by Carpet Call, got bad advise from salesman as a result got the wrong type of blinds for the window
Carpet Call wouldn't refund or replace the blinds
Big rip off they take your money and run
Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Product and installation great, but major delays because of poor inter-dept. liaision
Ordered carpet for 3 Bedrooms with BIR shelving and sliding door runners placed on old carpet. Salesman was able to offer competetive pricing and knew about on demand availability. A reasonable price offered on the product and installation, significantly less than an earlier quote. I suspect that this was because the earlier quote factored in the difficulty in laying new carpet around the runners of the robes and struts of shelving, however I did specify this to the salesperson. On installation day was told that the carpet layer was at the ware...Read more
house and was given the wrong keys so couldn't get the product! further delays and the quoted 8.30 am start time became 12.30. This was very inconvenient as we had moved the day before and were waiting to get all the stuff into the bedrooms! also tradies waiting to get to the ensuite - which I had to cancel bc the carpet in the master wasn't done. Anyway when Frank arrived he was very apologetic and it was clear he was not informed of the complexity of the robes - he didn't finish until 9PM! This was made even more difficult by the fact he was working on his own! To his great credit he did an excellent job, but for an older tradesman in his 60's he should have been forewarned of the difficulty of this job and had a second person to assist him. In short, a good job for a good price, but the errors in due process caused major delays and unnecessary difficulty Carpet layer was highly professional and took his time to do a top notch job.
