Not even worth one star
Moved to a brand new unit back in August. Air Con was not cooling the area properly.
I called Carrier and they advised to contact "Butler" their Certified technician for my area.
A technician inspected the Air Con on the 15/11/2019 who advised that the cooling fan is broken and that it needs to be replace.
Been chasing Butler for more 4 weeks to replace the fan however they don't answer phone neither to emails.

Poor Warranty Service
Unit DIED two days before Christmas 2022.
Warranty expires Feb 2020
Referred to Warranty contractors who came out after New Year once back from break - advised both internal and external boards gone.
Waited near two weeks - nothing.
Contacted Air Carrier in Melb who advised one part in stock and the other 4 plus weeks away.
Told them to find the part sooner as ETA not good enough.
Unacceptable warranty service - supply and install in the middle of summer would have been already done.
