I used these guys twice. My bad, I did not learn the first time. On that occasion, they incorrectly typed my names resulting in additional cost of over $1000 in fees to fix that after the purchase of the flat. I was foolish enough to trust them again - don't believe their excuses. Second time, they did not do their due diligence and I ended up paying additional $600 for the previous owner water bills. Very disappointed and do not recommend them. The owner - Darren was full of excuses and lies.
There are many other, better alternatives.
