Don't Waste Your Time.
Ordered a stereo they advertised on their website in early November, after a week still had not received and notification re: delivery, etc. tried to contact them via phone, no answer, tried at various times during day, sent emails again no reply, finally managed to get someone a young lady who took my details and order number and promised to get back to me that morning. Following day I rang again several times no answer, tried the following day at 8am and got a male who told me they were out of stock and my order was coming direct from the sup...Read more
plier. Four days later the young lady rang and said the supplier required a business address to deliver to (assuming they need some one to be available 9-5 5 days, sorted that out and waited, still nothing, constant calls and emails unanswered, getting close to Christmas now over 8 weeks waiting. Thank God I used PayPal, set the wheels in motion and got my money back and ended up buying the unit from JB HiFi and got it cheaper too.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

First time customer, last time customer
I ordered a vacuum cleaner from cheapbargains. A week later it hasn't been sent. Now, that's pretty bad in my opinion, but yesterday they sent me an email saying it had been sent and giving me a tracking number. the tracking number is invalid and 'my account' at their site appears to say the vacuum cleaner hasn't been sent. It certainly says that the status of the order is 'pick' and that there's no tracking information.
I paid with Paypal so I'm pretty sure I'll get my money back, but this is not good enough.
If they manage to sort it out ...Read more
I'll come back and change this review. So, I did get my vacuum cleaner. They blamed the bad weather for the delays and that could well be the case. An email telling me about the delay would have saved a lot of hassle. And it's always suspicious when you report something to Paypal and the item is sent the same day.Similar opinion? First-time User of Site -- Excellent Shopping Experience + Super Saving on RRP
A week ago, I purchased a Samsung NaviBot robotic vacuum cleaner. Contrary to what a 2009 review says, I was able to contact a representative on the phone. Very happy with my purchase from www.cheapbargains.com.au. The website is user-friendly; PayPal is an option for payment; order processed quickly; and purchased item arrived in perfect condition and complete. Added bonus, I saved 45% off the RRP. Thank you.
Fantasic shopping experience from start to end.

Great service and a bargain
I bought an oven from the cheapbargains.com.au website about 2 months ago. The RRP for the one I wanted was $1899.
I planned to buy locally but the local store that traded in the brand couldn't provide me with any information other than the website (I knew more about the product than them). The best deal they could do was $1750. The cheapbargains website had one advertised for $1099 plus $100 delivery. The local store could not go anywhere near that price.
The best part was the website was run by a Betta Electrical store in NSW so I could sp...Read more
