Choices Flooring Rigid FlooringSandra shows her knowledge & Expertise when I was getting quotes. There’s are large option to choose from in their Showroom & they gave me several samples to take home.
The Workmen arrived punctual & worked non-stop during the two days of Installation.
This company is Honest & extremely well priced compared to two other quotes I received (One in particular quoted me more than double the cost of Choices Flooring)
Was refreshing to receive good old fashioned service!
Bad quality in joins
Choices Flooring Rigid FlooringI recently bought and installed their Adobe Elevate Pearl Oak hybrid flooring. I found the joining system to be badly designed and of low quality that made installation very tricky. The join section was very weak and soft and I could even break it off simply using my fingernail. It was hard to click into place due very much to pieces breaking off and getting stuck in the grooves. Other flooring I looked at (and sadly didn't buy) were solid and could be moved down with relative ease but this often took some effort to get the vertical joins correct.
I would not recommend any DIY person to even attempt using this flooring.
Don’t use choices Cannington in Perth
Choices Flooring Rigid FlooringThese guys choices Cannington have stopped paying their contractors so beware I would be very careful leaving deposits for any type of product purchased that you do not receive then and there.
Stay aware: they keep the deposit, no work done, deposit not given back.

Never go for this company, they steal your money saying it’s the deposit and then increase the quote and don’t give money back.
I was given quote on 29/09/21 for $9423.70 for order no 204971, which I paid $4711.85 deposit on 29/09/21
Then they increased the quote to $14,155.00 on 13/10/21, blaming builder has not done proper job and destroyed the floor
After getting many other quotes from other flooring companies they all proved, builder has not done anything wrong . But Choices

Disappointed
Choices Flooring Rigid FlooringI'm extremely disappointed with the service side of things. We had a sale rep who came to our house and told us that we will have to install a kind of subflooring, He gave us a quote.
later on we had the store owner over and he said that we don't need the subflooring, He gave me a different quote.
I decided to go ahead with the project I got the old flooring removed, paid a big deposit and A couple of tradies came over to start the work. One of them told me that they will have to sand the floors and it will cost extra. They started with my b

Choices Flooring Rigid FlooringAdding a bit to this review. - It is now nearly 2 months since I let these incompetent people into my new home & I am still cleaning excess glue from my floor. This has become a very irritating problem because despite scouring the internet for advice there does not seem to be an easy solution to removing excess glue from vinyl tiles. I tried mineral turps & it barely shifted the glue. I read somewhere WD40 is a good cleaner so I tried that & it does remove the glue but it leaves a residue which is visible. ... Read more thoroughly douse it with methylated spirits & rub hard & then wipe with detergent in water. I very much regret selecting this product, it is nowhere near the advertised standard. Not sure if this is the right category, they are limited. This is about Vinyl Luxury Tiles. This is saga of what became a nearly 4 week nightmare when I engaged Choices Burleigh to provide & install Forbo Allura Luxury Floor Tiles throughout my new townhouse. The job was totally botched. The installers damaged my newly painted walls & ceiling taking out the old floor covering as well as left glue paw prints all over my mirror door wardrobes. The tiles were gapping & lipping & there was excess glue with footprints almost over the entire project - did I mention the dents in the wall plaster? They cut up packing plywood for the stairs on one of the balconies & the sawdust covered every surface of the three level building. Their remedy was to do 1/2 a job on gluing back the tiles that were coming away from the stairs & replacing some of the floor tiles in the main areas. End of the day after them having 2 extra goes at remedying the problems I finished it off myself. Days of cleaning surplus glue, filling gaps around the edges & still tiles coming away from the stair risers. I did invite reps from Forbo company to check out the job & they commented they had seen worse! Please tell me this is not where Australian standards have sunk to. The only thing luxury about the product & the install was the price, over $140 per square metre - up there with the most expensive floor covering in Australia. If you choose this company or the product for your flooring needs - good luck, I wish you all the best.
Great service from start to finish
Choices Flooring Rigid FlooringDecided on Lambert’s because of their great service. Jenna in the showroom is just so patient and lovely, nothing was too much trouble. No pushy salesmanship either. The guys have just finished laying my hybrid floor! We love it. They did such a professional job. One area that needed to be ramped is not even noticeable. Can’t recommend them enough.
