very poor customer service
The salesman was very positive and told us installation was 2-3 week maximum. It turned out to be four months. Nobody rang to let us know what the hold up was and we were only told after a number of calls telling us they would call us back. Eventually got onto someone and as it turned out apparently it was the energy supplier that was holding thing up. Once the panels were installed I got a call that afternoon for payment. in accounts as it turned out who was more understanding and apologised for the delay and seemed more understanding. I am hopeful it will be a good decision in the end but we were very scared for a while thinking we would never see our panels. Disappointed overall.1 comment

No After Sales Service
No response to emails from this company. They have installed a system I cannot use as it does not meet NSW standards so electricity company will not install Smart meter. After countless emails I did get an email from the CEO asking for my phone number, which I provided.....but no phone call and no responses to further emails sent. I suggest holding off all payments until your Electricity company completes the smart meter install otherwise these guys disappear into the night!

Great service
Pedro and Jake gave a great presentation and happily answered all our questions. They were very knowledgeable and generous with their time and very professional and easy to talk with. We ended up purchasing a solar system and can’t wait to gave it installed!

Clean Power Co sent Alfred around to quote on a 6.6kw system. He was very informative and there was no hassle with communication or answering any of our questions. Service was friendly and professional
Our sales rep gave a very clear explanation of the system and how it works. Not evasive when an answering any questions and was upfront about everything, although he did eat alot of our biscuits!! Haha. Can't wait for the system to be installed and start saving some money!

Sales reps unprofessional and inappropriate
My fiancee and I recently purchased our home and were interested in getting solar to reduce our energy bills. A door-to-door salesman from Clean Power Co came by a couple of months ago to offer a deal which included government rebate. I was really interested however was home alone so needed to make an appointment for when my partner was there.
