Terrible deceitful company. Took our money yet left our carpets in such a terrible state that we lost our bond. I cannot stress this enough! Pay a bit extra to a reputable company and avoid this one at all costs.

Unprofessional, abuses and bullying.
Cleaner arrived 40 minutes late. When the cleaner arrived and I showed him what needed to be completed. He said we were over quoted and because of this the next time we use them we would get 10-20% discount. The ‘owner’ Sam called my demanding payment. is I must have a “language barrier” he was very controlling and yelling abused threats towards me. He then 5 minutes later called me three way (myself, cleaner and himself) without informing me first. Yelling at both myself and his worker. The worker was too scared to say the truth because of his threats. So he proceeded to call me a liar, and many other disrespectful words. I decided to canceled the job, because of his aggression and I was scared of my safety. Because I cancelled the job his final words to me was “ I will find you, and you will pay for the cancelation fee, you will pay for this”. Sam is a bully and a bully to his employees. Don't touch with a barge pole
Turned up an hour late, then complaining their quote was inaccurate and demanding double the charge up front. Then trying to resolve it over the phone and the guy on the other end screaming and shouting abuse over the phone, claiming he was the manager then shouting more abuse. Worse company to use especially if this guy is actually a manager.

Scam, worst company on the coast/australia/world
Booked them to do our carpets after we moved, they took money up front, we left them to do the job. we came back to find they did nothing, just squirted some liquid over the carpets. Tried to call and email with no response. after day 5 they answered. and said it was after the 5 day guarantee,and would not go back to fix the problem or refund.I will catch them and they will refund my money....

Pest Control
This company refused to leave a pest control certificate after I paid for it and accused me of being a drama when I complained. I have it all in writing, then lied to me and said they refunded my money which they haven't. Fair Trade will love this!

I emailed the following day asking for my money back for a job not completed or simply the fact I hadn't received my pest control certificate and there was no evidence what so ever the job had been done. He then messaged me and proceeded to tell me I was a drama and they deal with ( people like me ) all the time. He then said he had proof the money was refunded which I have PROOF its not. He also logged into the job portal and removed pest from my file. Thankfully I took a snap shot of it. I am now being ignored by this company. I have kept records of messages, emails and before and after photos of the job that has been altered on the portal. I have already contacted Fair Trading to have this company investigated and my money recovered. Further I am absolutely shocked with the way this company responds to reviews, i have read him call people liars, gutless and fakes. Queensland Rail provides an essential service where they monopolize the rail infrastructure- you are but one of many terrible companies, with terrible reviews and even if you had changed (many recent negative reviews suggest otherwise), I have many other companies I can utilise. Would not recommend
They canceled my first booking last minute and after reorganizing a second booking they sent me a text stating that there were too may stairs which I originally mentioned I was located on the 3rd floor.
They have not contacted me since.
All in all, after having to find a real carpet cleaner, I was left having to pay an additional weeks' worth of unnecessary rent.

Have been using cleaning mate now for about a year for all our jobs and i must say I am very very happy, very friendly, punctual, I believe in companies living up to there guarantees and these guys do,

Do yourself a favour and pay a little extra to get your carpets cleaned
Carpets were not cleaned properly and we are left with what looks like some bleach spots no where near the heavy walked on area's. I really wish I had taken notice of other negative reviews as I am now finding myself having to get them redone by somewhere more professional. This company has no idea about professional cleaning. Shocking service and professionalism
Absolutely shocking service and professionalism. Firstly they ensured us that it’s safe to go back in after fumigation after 2-3 hrs which is very poor advice, it should be a good 6 hrs at least. They were booked for 9.30am to do pest control. Didn’t show by 10.30 so I called and was told they would come around 11.30. We were told to just go out and leave the house unlocked. ate, nobody told you that you had to leave the house unlocked. We advised that you needed to be out of the house fora minimum of 2 hours as the pest control is safe for humans. This is a classic example of customers lying. You also mentioned that you would write a bad review if we did not give you 50% we do not indulge in this request and we questioned you as to why we would did this when you did not wait for our technician. In regards to the time, you have not got this correct we have the call log here and we received your call at 12.45. You received a booking confirmation from us by text and email. The time stated on both was 10.30-11.30, you received our message and we can see from our end that you have opened this. you are trying to cover your mistakes by blaming us, when we communicated with you the whole time. The people who are reading this know that people write these reviews only for their personal advantages. We will also be writing a review about you. We are a small business that struggles to pay bills and do not accept people like you who only want a free job. We have been doing this for 11 years so we have been doing this right and we continue to do right by our customers. We believe in legitimate business and will continue to do legitimate business. Do not recommend this conpany
First attempt and cleaning our carpets and the technician didn’t use any cleaning chemicals or products at all, only water. Carpets were not clean.
Booked in to be re-done and the technician finally arrives one hour after our booking time with no apology or explanation. Very disappointing. Terrible product and service.

We also noticed that you were asking for a full refund just because we were one hour late, this is not acceptable as we did complete the redo and we left your carpets in a satisfactory condition. ing excuses and miscommunicating the facts! The only reason I received an apology for being so late was because I called the office to see where on earth the cleaner was!!
