Airconditioner- climat
I was not happy with the install and after sales service of Climat air conditioner. It was a big investment and has not provided a good heating solution for my home.

Poor Performance
I had had multiple air units installed by the builder and all of them were undersized for the size of the houses, The Builder blames Climat and Climat blames the builder. I would of thought caving into a builders cost cutting demands is not worth the bad customer experience but never again will I trust a builder or a Air Conditioning company to design a ducted system .

Interesting Experience, Happy Customer
Climat Diamond Creek Vic (aka Online Air) proposed a split system installation with a competitive price that had a more professional installation offer than 3 other bids. Since they all bid the same split system installation and price were the deciders.
Why interesting? There were a few 'moments' as the company was relocating just before Christmas, concurrent with installation, so it was not as organised as it should have been at the office where staff were doing their move. ho left not having enough kit, then a bad weather day followed by another reschedule, Matt and his helper did a great installation and the sparky, Steve was fabulous getting the wiring through a difficult blind wall. They managed to get it in on the Sat and running the Sun before Christmas. I appreciate the difficulty of the pre-holiday crush compounded by days of bad weather, and that they got it done and to an excellent standard.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Very good customer service and products
The team at Climat Royston Park were very professional and engaging in their approach. They were patient in assessing our needs and working with us through various options.
The the installation team were polite and very professional. A very neat installation.
