Yes you can, but like any credit card if going overseas let the credit card company know. They may cut your credit off thinking it is being falsely used. Be aware you will pay Coles all sorts of heavy overseas fees plus unavoidable sometimes ATM fee by the ATM supplier even if a bank.

Yeah if you find out can you let me know. I didn't get any confirmation of 100 dollar reward however I remember signing up for it. I have spent well over 100 on my card so I should be eligible for the promised promotion

Yes but don't expect to find it on Flybuys or anywhere else, Coles MasterCard are notorious.for lack of accountancy skills. Go to Coles Supermarket (NOT COLES ONLINE) spend $100.05 & at checkout they will ask if you want to use the $100 from MasterCard. You will NOT get any Flybuys for this purchase AND it must be within a specified timeframe of one month or you loose the $100 credit.

This promotion is a scam - they promised it to me on application, spun out the application for weeks asking way more documentation than any bank. Then more, then more. It was most time consuming and inconvenient. Then they didn't send the promotional voucher with the card - so I rang and they said yes don't worry your card is valid for the promo as we promised, and we will email it to you after your first spend. Of course - that didn't come - so rang them again today and they back-tracked and said the card was approved 'after' the end date of the promo - even though those very slow guys in approvals had promised I would get it, plus the guy on the phone weeks later. Now they are backtracking and with time owe me $200. I really hate scammy, lying companies and promotions - they get away with it as they aren't made to pay for your time if you go to the Ombudsman. I suggest posting daily on their social networks and various review sites until they are forced to do the right thing. ACCC and Fair Trading if you can be bothered - but they will end up doing nothing and telling you to take them to court yourself - hence big companies like Telstra and Coles can lie and cheat their customers. Fact.

You can use it anywhere Mastercard is accepted so yes. You will gain 2 points per $1 anywhere you use card, 3 point per dollar when used at Coles

Hi Leanne, yes the Coles master card can be used at any outlet displaying credit card eftpos facilities available. Much the same way as any other Master card for ease of credit, just need to look out for the sign displaying the symbol!
