can you describe the white controller led indications A customer has a dead wall controll and the LEDS seem to flash in an odd pattern
Hi Steve, it sounds like you are referring to the electronic control box inside the cooler. If the wall controller is blank then there is most likely a cable fault. If you need any further assistance you will need to contact the Seeley International technical support team.

Why has this new cool air unit built up heavy calcium on the unit n filter pads causing water to escape via the dropper box into the roof after only a couple of months? what are the causes that usually happen in this evaporative unit? could it be due to the thin filter pads or installation problem? How to resolve this leakage problem?
This could be a problem with the water in your area and it may have high levels of minerals. If you have leaking, we recommend contacting the installer who put in your system.
