My property manager is second to none!
Adele my property manager would be one of the best property managers Coronis has ever had. I cannot fault her for her efficiency and efficacy she is an asset to the company and I do hope she remains my property manager after having had so many that don't even come close to her abilities. Very Happy Landlord :)

Lack of communication
Very disappointed with rental company, since we moved into our rental we have had nothing but problems. They won't return phone calls or emails. No maintenance has been fixed, over 3 months and counting! Advise anyone against using them to manage your rentals.

Dark ages methods and rip offs
As a tenant of the new real-estate agents cronis we are on the receiving end of outdated paper transactions that cost extra money for the tenants and take more time to just pay rent. Water bills are money order or bank check and no i cant get to a post office or bank or cronis branch during the day. We just received a rental increase of 12.5% which is unreasonable and we will be contesting this at the highest levels available to us. Cronis did a 5 minute inspection then left without looking past the first room.
I am a landlord myself and would NOT recommend cronis to anyone who has an investment property. If we cant get the rent increase reviewed to an acceptable level we will move.

Very Unprofessional Agent - Coronis Stafford
When we called to book for an inspection, the agent used a high pitch tone when asked if utilities are included in the rent. She said "Rent is Rent!" (that's like telling your potential client that they are stupid). She said that the earliest time available to view the property would be a week after. Still we agreed and patiently waited for the schedule. On the said schedule of viewing, we went to the property but no one showed up. The apartment might has been leased out already but it was very unprofessional of them not informing those who wer...Read more
e lined up for inspection. And the Ad for this property is still posted online until this time while we are writing this review. They should remove the Ad if it has already been leased out and stop wasting other people's time.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Coronis Sunnybank totally professional
I will recommend Khashayar (Xavier) Faarshchian and Steven Matthew with pleasure to anyone. They listed my house and then gave it 110% effort. It sold in 2 weeks and I got a record m2 price in my area. Elle

Good service from Coronis
I recently had some work done on my unit (bathroom) and I was advised beforehand of what was required and received a quote and the work was done promptly as well. I've had my property with Coronis for several years now and I can't really complain about them. When I have needed to call (as I live in Melbourne), there has always been someone there to talk to and resolve any issue I did have.

Coronis is literally the worst agency ever.
Every single maintanence request we've had, we've had to ask more than three times, and the least amount of time we waited for maintanence took almost 3 MONTHS.
When we moved in, we were told the owners were replacing the carpets as hey had been there for almost 20 years. we've been there over a year and half and we are still waiting. we call and email every months and get absolutely no returned call or email. so over this real estate and the horrible chinese owners!

Terrible Real Estate
They advertised a property, I called agent ([name removed]), he never responded, I called coronis reception, they made him to call me, then he told the property was sold. Infact property was not sold. The real estate agents are tricking buyers.

Terrible
We had multiple breaches that were not followed through by [name removed] of coronis, the damage to our property was taken to court and out of $1200 worth of damage we received $300 which was the amount of the outstanding water bill, maybe if [name removed] had not been so incompetent we would be not out so much money, looking at all the reviews I would say if you want to rent go through [name removed] but if your a home owner I would stay well clear if this incompetent woman.

Absolutely indescribably terrible
My partner and I are moving interstate, so we decided to go up from Melbourne to Brisbane for two days to have some inspections. I had called prior to this trip to arrange said inspections.
I had two inspections with this company one at 1:00pm and one at 2:00pm. No one showed up to either inspection. I had told them on the phone a week beforehand that we are flying up from Melbourne just for inspections therefore its very important for us to have set inspection times.
I ended up calling them and their response was 'Sorry you were not in the ...Read more

Don't trust
Don't deal with [Name Removed]. My wife and I fell in love with a lovely property in Runcorn. We attended the auction and were the only bidders. After the auction we put in an offer on a signed contract to show that we were serious unfortunately the seller declined our offer but when we called [Name Removed] back in the next day to increase our offer [Name Removed] said it had been sold. What...??? Not only did screw us over but he screwed the seller out of higher price for their home. Stay well clear of especially if you're a seller looking for the highest price for your home.

Paul and Amy Fantastic Team
We were selling our property on Mt Tambourine and were quite disappointed with the experience we had so far with previous agents. Amy and Paul came to us on a Saturday, sat us down and took the time to explain to us the process of selling and were fabulous in looking after us. They even suggested ways to improve our business so we can get a better price for our property. Highly recommended! Good job Paul and Amy

Worst agents I've experienced
(Toowong office)
We were in a property for three years with no issues when Coronis took over as real estate agent. We had kept the property in good nick, no complaints from neighbours, always paid rent on time, agreed to periodic rent increases on lease renewals, and were very happy with the place and would have stayed on for more years into the future, but because of the stress of dealing with Coronis, we vacated the property at the first opportunity.
Details most relevant to property owners: they didn't perform inspections, didn't know w...Read more
here the property was physically located, and on two occasions managed to mess up even taking rent from us. One confidentiality screw-up led to them giving us someone else's details through their error, on another occasion we had to remind them that A) we were actually the tenants, not the owner and B) we weren't supposed to be able to contact the property owner at all. They didn't even bother to arrange the legally required transfer of bond with the RTA - we asked them to, sent them reminders, and they still didn't do it until the RTA got in contact with them. They then complained that they "hadn't known", even though the RTA getting in contact with them occurred more than three weeks after our first communication to the agents about it. In the interests of complete honesty I will include any positives I can think of now: - they apologised for screwing up rent withdrawal - they spelt our names correctly in communications sometimesSimilar opinion? The worst ever
We had the worst ever. Took 7 weeks to get aircon fix in this very hot summer with two little kids and the house does not even have ceiling fans. Real State had potential tenants to inspect property without notice while i was away at work. My dad who lives across the road try to stop real state agent and he was told that they did not care wether i recieve a notice or not. Thats just a few of many.

The property management department at the Stafford office is second to none. Couldn't recommend more highly.
Cathie, Pippy and Hannah are all extremely personable, professional and knowleable.

Never Again
For all those who rent, or have property they rent out, I highly recommend avoiding Coronis Property Group at all costs, if you can! Very inefficient system, terrible communication between different areas of property management, and with their tenants, I can only assume that it is the same with owners.
I am so glad to no longer be renting through them, but it has been three weeks and we still have not had our bond return or rental credit processed back to us, due to their slow, ineffective way of doing things. The amount of misinformation I...Read more
have been given, on so many different issues throughout the tenancy and since it has ended is ridiculous. I have never rented through a more incompetent real estate office, and I have rented a lot! To be fair, from what I have seen, their sales department does not necessarily suffer the same inadequacies, they seem very good at their job and quite proactive in getting things done.3 comments

ment system. Throughout the tenancy the general lack of efficient communication in regards to both property maintenance and other aspects of the rental agreement has been lacking, but I do not believe this is due to your employees not doing their jobs, I believe it is because you do not have an efficient set-up in the first place. Other real estates converted to using one property manager for all areas of a tenancy (including maintenance and repairs), and for all communication between tenant and landlord, years ago. The reason for this is because then information does not fall through the cracks and there is much less room for error. Your employees are being hindered by the way things are done in your office and my complaint is not against them individually. I admit I was very frustrated when I wrote my original review, and since then the property manager has contacted me and apologised for certain delays that were out of her hands (this was before she found out about my review, not after), and I believe she has done the best job she can within the system she is working in.CoronisCoronis

Never go with coronis
Terribly unorganised. Always leaving emails requesting more money than what's required and very unreliable when it comes to getting in contact and finding out information.
When trying to get a hold of always saying it doesn't have anything to do with them and puts you on hold.
Will never go through again. Heard no good reports about this excuse of a company.

Hi Julianne, thanks for your question. If you would like to vacate your current rental property, you just need to provide your property manager with 14 days notice in writing. However, if you're able to provide more notice it is always greatly appreciated. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Hi, if i were you i will give two weeks only, i try to do the right thing and gave notice weeks prior and ended up having the real state bringing potential tenants twice a week till we left.
