The pillowcases I ordered were delivered on time and Im really impressed with the quality. I would of preferred my package to have been delivered without a signature as I had to pick up my package from the post office rather than my font porch. Considering they were only pillowcases, not something expensive, it seemed a little ridiculous

First and easy transaction with the company. I love the texture of quilt and great design. Looks lovely on my old black brass bed & the tassels give it the Boho look. Think I will be getting some cushions to match

Never disappointed!

Great quality bed linen, have placed 2 or 3 orders over the past few years only but never been disappointed. Orders do take a little while to arrive and there is no feedback from company about it being sent - perhaps something to consider doing.

When I ordered, the company was on leave for a few days so my order took longer than anticipated. Once received, I was extremely happy. As described. The only downside is, when I ordered, nothing came up to advise customers they were on leave for a specific time, hence why my order took longer than expected. Apart from that I am happy.

Be very careful in using this site. Goods are unlikely to be in Australia. Selling goods that don’t exist. Ordered 2 Bed Quilt covers, no response. Tried to phone, only a recorded message. Visited “ warehouse” address. No body there. “ post box” only?

Ordered a quilt set over three weeks ago - zero communication, don’t respond to emails for a week, clearly a ‘front’ for a business who sources their stuff overseas, if at all....I would suggest the products advertised on their website are NOT in Australia, rather after taking your order, they then place an order themselves with no idea whether items are in stock or not...Suspect business at play here...

Selling items they dont even have in stock!

Placed an order for two quilt covers and a blanket on 11th December, finally posted it on 20th December EXCEPT only then do I find out they have only posted the blanket, and made a vague comment about the two quilt covers being on back order. I then email multiple times to ask when the quilts will be posted, to finally be told on 16th January that they have no clue when the quilts will be back in stock! This company is ridiculous, do not purchase from them. I ended up buying from Spotlight and will pursue a refund via PayPal.

No advice about a significant delay. And so far, no refund as requested.

Ordered something fro Cottonbox on 27 Mayember. On 5 December they emailed to say it was on back order and would be despatched mid December. On 24 December I emailed to ask about where it was and they replied to say they were due after mid January. So on the 26 December I asked for a refund. It's 8 January now. Still no refund. I wish I'd seen all the bad reviews here before I tried buying something from them.

Dodgy. Avoid.

Ordered an item. It's taken longer than 7 days to get shipped. 7 days to deliver. When I order from an Aussie company I expect shipping next day. Suggests this is being sourced offshore.

I ordered two sets of pillow cases as a gift on 3 Mayember. On the 13th November I get told they don't have them in stock. This means I can't get the total gift on time. Pretty poor service, I thought.

Have heard nothing from them about my order despite several emails sent to them inquiring about the status. They don't have a customer service phone number either. Steer well clear of this terrible company!

Do yourself and favour and steer clear of CottonBox.

Placed an order on the 15th October and 2 weeks later still have not received any notification to advise that the order has been dispatched. I have tried e-mailing them and received no reply and the phone just goes straight through to voicemail.

In this day and age customers expect far better service then CottonBox can offer. Shop elsewhere, because I certainly will be.

Ordered a king size sheet set online, paid for it in July, nothing came, emails back and forward and finally in September they said they can’t get the king size from there supplier. Got a refund.
Why take people’s money when you don’t even have what they have ordered in stock in the first place ???

Terrible communication

Ordered a product beginning of the month and after nearly three weeks nothing.... after emailing to enquire about the status of my order was told that the item had since sold out. What is of concern is that I had to contact them to find out this information. Have asked for a full refund but yet to hear back. Will not be shopping at Cottonbox again.

Good quality and design

This was a great purchase. It is a really nice design of dinosaurs and volcanoes. It's pretty great that you can flip it over for a different colour background as well. The material is high quality. It will last a long time I think.

Hello, placed an order with Cottonbox and it appears the shipping address is incorrect. Haven't received any notice of shipping yet, but can't seem to get through to them at all to update them or receive a shipping notice! I used their phone number and left a voicemail as well as email. Does anyone have any additional advice?

I don't have any more information. It seems that they might be a busy small company, and might take longer for a response. It also takes a while for them to send out orders. They are awesome sheets though!

At the very least I feel this company is dishonourable. They happily and quickly take customer's money but, whether you receive the goods is quite another matter. I've have come to experience this sort of busiess dealing with Chinest companies but I naively expected far more from an Australian company. See my review posted today if you're interestd but hope others will read before purchasing.

I found the phone number but it goes voicemail.
They are appalling. It's been two weeks since I ordered a blanket. I emailed them last week and they said it had been shipped, that I would get the tracking number that day. I emailed them again. I haven't received any tracking details. Has it been shipped or not? If you're not going to send me what I have ordered then I want a refund. I have not heard back. Also I emailed the wholesaler of the brand of the item I ordered. Explaining I am having issues with Cotton Box.
I might have to speak to my bank or Consumer Rights for advice. Don't buy from Cotton Box. I am not impressed with them at all.

I am very happy with the quality of their products and never had any problem with the service. Just reciev my order yesterday, 16/1/13, I ordered Logan & Mayson and Designers Choice, 250 thread count sheet set, they are very nice.
