Very neatly packed. More expensive than last Purchase but was great full to find them.....only problem was the time it took for the parcel to arrive. My husband had to email chasing it up.

Zero communication, order was sent FOUR WEEKS after it was placed. Finally arrived and quilt is as advertised, but the company is useless and communication is terrible. Tried to blame bushfires for an order placed three weeks prior to fires.

Happy with the product. Exactly what was pictured. Delivery time was a bit long though.. about a month. If the product was on back order or something an email notifying me would have been good but otherwise all good.

Bed wraps were good quality, and exactly what I needed. The range of colours offered was excellent so I was able get what I wanted without trouble. Goods were as described. Delivery was prompt.

My standard and European Frost pillow cases were a similar colour to the depiction online. Cotton fabric washed and ironed well.
Product arrived by post fairly promptly and in good condition.

Good quality product; Colouring matched what was displayed in photo; delivery took longer than expected but was packaged well. Chased up with customer service when I hadn't heard anything regarding delivery who were able to tell me exactly when it would be sent and this proved to be true. Would have been good to receive notification of this dispatch date.

Product was exactly what we were looking for, only two criticisms, one was the lack of choice in colours and two the lack of communication whilst waiting for our order.

Long single fitted sheets are hard to find so I bought these although they were relatively expensive. They are worth the money as they stay in place because of the wide, non-slip elastic around the edges. Fabric is good quality too.

Very happy with my coverlet. Just as described. Only thing was I ordered "ivory", when it arrived it was more like a pale mint green. Fortunately it still matched fine.

I bought online a qs 1000 thread sheet set l was kept informed of the delivery & the parcel arrived on time. The fitted sheet has plenty of room to fit our high mattress, the sheets are beautiful & feel very luxurious. Will definitely buy again from Cottonbox.

The item was ordered around New Year while the warehouse was closed. It was shipped promptly when they reopened late in January. The item was exactly as described and suited us perfectly. Communication was excellent and we received a tracking number when the item was shipped.

Thanks for the kids dinosaur and town quilt covers. They came as depicted and my grandson loves them. Next time it would be great if you could send an email when they are on the way. I am very happy with my purchase.

Have purchased linen from Cotton box at least 5 times and have always received items within a week of ordering. I also contacted them trying to track a certain cover set and received an email back same day. I am very happy with level of service.
