I was a little unsure what to expect ordering a bed cover on line - but it arrived quickly, the quality is lovely and the design exactly as pictured. Unfortunately, I probably won't be a repeat customer in the near future because it looks like this one will last me for years!

I was completely happy with my purchase of a throw which turned out to be identical to one I had bought brande Laura Ashley a few years ago. Packaged exactly the same but without the Laura Ashley brand tag for less than half the price.

Quality and colour is amazing, extremely happy with my purchase. Confident of future purchases. Slow delivery but that’s not their problem.

The cotton blanket I ordered was delivered within a very reasonable time and is exactly as stated. Just perfect for the summer months.

Very happy with my purchase. I know the fashion is to have a short doona and a million pillows on the bed, but I prefer the old fashioned way to have the pillows covered and neat and tidy and not have to throw 10 pillows on the floor before I get into bed. The King/Queen size covers my queen bed perfectly and hangs down each side and the end of the bed and pulls up over the pillows easily. Hard to find and in nice patterns and colours. I love mine thank you and perfect light weight for summer or use over a blanket in winter. Fast delivery in this busy online shopping times and great price. Thank you. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The Bedspread took a couple of weeks to come but the post is slow and it was worth waiting for. Even better than the online image. I love it. Would have loved to order a second one the same.

I was a bit wary of ordering the T-shirts wondering if they would ever arrive. I was pleasantly surprised to receive them within an acceptable timeframe given the way of the world at the moment!! The shirts are exactly as shown. Very happy and will definitely use again.

I ordered a child's quilt set. It arrived quickly (especially considering COVID), is decent quality and the recipient loves it. I had no reason to request customer service, so can't comment on that.

I read the review after I placed my orders. And had been worried that I never got my orders. My husband even got angry that I bought if from CottonBox!

After weeks passed, I tried to send them email & they responded very fast and told me my orders were in back order because of the covid situation.

“There goes my money”. And I honestly thought I lost my 400$$.

But to my surprise, the Sheridan pillow cases that NO stores in the world had it, arrived at my house nicely packed & I was so so so happy!!

Thank you CottonBox and sorry for ever doubting you. You guys rock!! And sorry for the late review. I was in the middle of moving house! Such a chaos.

I'm in this with everyone else. 1 month gone with no replies to my emails at all. I wish I had thought to look up the reviews before I ordered.
Did the older reviews eventually receive their items?

Ordered two sets of sheets a month ago, they haven't arrived yet. Emailed the company after about two weeks, and they said it would ship that week. No sign of them yet, feel like I have done my dough! Will now ask for a refund, and if they don't provide, will lodge complaint with ACCC.

I ordered a King size Quilt cover set that was sold out on many other sites, from Cottonbox.
I then read their reviews here and was very concerned.
I emailed them asking if they actually had the quilt cover. They replied to my email, then sent transit emails.
Quilt cover is beautiful exactly as pictured.
It took 2 weeks to arrive in this very busy Christmas period.
I highly recommend Cottonbox.

Lack of customer service. Has taken over a month and still have not received my order despite numerous emails from myself...was advised it was being dispatched and two days later advised not in stock till possibly January... Can't rate quality as have not received anything

I ordered my doona cover back in August it is now November 25th and they are telling me it’s still on back order until 12th dec..they keep moving the dates. I asked for a full refund on Friday and it is now Tuesday with no response and money not in my account as of yet. I have email them again today.
Happy to take your money even though they are out of stock!!! Poor customer service their number rings out and you wait days for a response via email..
I’ll never buy from them again.

I ordered something nearly 4 weeks ago, still hasn’t been posted (they said it would be shipped at the end of the week. I asked to cancellation and they have stated “too far in the process to cancel”. Even though they stated in writing on Monday that it hasn’t been posted and won’t be until the end of the week.
I would NEVER trust using them if you want your order within a fair timeframe or you expect and sort of quality customer service.

I order a product 2 weeks ago and was advised when I enquired last week that it would be shipped within the week or sooner. One week on I have been told that the product will not be available to end of November. This company's website is misleading advertising!

I ordered 3 identical dolls for gifts and paid for it. They took my money then come back to say only 1 was available! Wouldn’t recommend buying from this company again. Now they aren’t replying to my emails. Terrible service.

My order of a cushion arrived - Im really happy with it! Well worth the 2 week wait. Good customer service when I emailed to check on the delivery date.

Gosh I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order. They allowed the order to be placed. Took the money and then a week later notified me at the item was backordered for at least 10 weeks. Not good enough... this is borderline fraud. I have asked for an immediate return of funds. Lets see. Else im going to consumer rights. ACCC

Similar to other reviews I ordered late July as the website suggested the products were in stock. After 2 weeks I contacted by email asking for a shipping date and was told it would be in a day or two, after a week I emailed again to be told there was a problem with the supplier. I asked them 3 times to cancel my order, they did not and eventually dispatched the order. Now they want me to pay return postage. I will now put a complaint to Consumer Affairs. Not good enough Cotton Box!

Ordered early July and payment deducted. 8 weeks later still no word from the Company Chased them up on back order still another 6 weeks. Very unprofessional Company don’t waste your time

Made the linen order on August 25th, I received confirmation of payment instantly.Then apon requesting dispatch details- NO RESPONSE NO EXPLANATION.no phone contact details .money return or product please..let’s hope it’s resolved

I placed an order on the 2nd July. My order was received and payment was approved. Now, over 6 weeks later my order has not been delivered nor have I received any updates on my order. My emails have been completely ignored. Never using this company again and I'd seriously advise others not to either.
