Worst company I have ever dealt with, weeks with no communication and when i sent them an email they just told lies. in the end they could not provide the goods. Do not use Cotton Box.... just hopelesss

Worst experience with an online retailer.
Long delays in dispatch, understandably Australia post then took a long time to transport due to Covid19, however cottonbox did not send the item for Close to 2 weeks and they kept on saying they would they would that day/shortly.
Reasonable quality products however not worth the price, especially considering the poor service.

It took too long to post it

It took cottonbox too long to process online purchase. I had to email and ask when would they would post it. I received a reply (without the customer representative name on it) saying it would be posted the following day. It didn’t happen and a week later I sent another email which was answered the same way. Do you really take online shopping seriously?? Your competitors are just a click away!

The cushions are made of really good quality silk - I am very pleased with them. The citrus colour is very pleasant I had thought they would have been more 'yellow' but was pleased they are a more 'lime' shade.

Lovely and soft

Great dressing gown for tweens. Soft and stylish. Miss 10 feels very grown up wearing this. The leopard pattern has great colours and the fabric is soft and warm. Would highly recommend.

Hi there, The fabric on the quilt was great, but the pattern on the check side was faded out, no pattern left in parts. The pilow cases were the same/ Looks like it has been soaked in bleach Trish x

The delivery took way too long

I waited more than 2 weeks for this order to arrive. I ordered and paid on 3 March and contacted them myself on 11 March when I'd had noe communication from The. I was told "it is leaving today" but it took a number of days further to actually arrive. Compared with other online linen businesses, the service was very slow and communication poor. I wouldn't use them again.

The cushion was a lot lighter in colour than I thought online. But still your website was very easy to use your emails keeping me up to date were great and it arrived earlier than expected and was packaged well so thank you I just must have mis judged the colour

My quilt cover is just as advertised. It’s going to look lovely on my bed. The colour is perfect and goes with all the cushions that I have already bought. I am disappointed that I couldn’t find the European pillowcases as well but I will keep looking.

Still waiting over a month for my product not very happy but what can you do in this pandemic so overall can’t really say much about the product all I can say is has taken a very long time to get what I ordered and still haven’t received it with a lot of follow up emails back and forth you guys weren’t very helpful really wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I wouldn’t of bothered very disappointed

I ordered my linen a couple of weeks ago and I still have not received it, I wish I had read the reviews as I probably would not of ordered from here. They took the money the day I ordered and I asked for it to be dispatched sooner than the day they gave me after I enquired why I had not received it. I needed this by a certain date and I had to order somewhere else. (which funny enough has arrived)
I have just cancelled the order and waiting for a reply in regards to my refund.

I would never order from them again if this is standard practise. I have since ordered a number things on line and every one of them has been delivered from Australia and Overseas.

Cot sheet

Cot sheet is quite lovey, but there was very limited information on it. I did not know the sheet was a blend of cotton and polyester, I am quite sure I didn't see this information. There was no size either, so assumed it was standard size. The shipping was awfully long, and was not really impressed as I paid upfront and waited very long.

ordered items nearly near 2 weeks ago. One of which was advertised as being shipped in 1 to 2 business days.
Still waiting for it to be despatched and no reply from customer service.
I have sent final email to them and will be lodging paypal dispute.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! FALSE ADVERTISING AND DREADFUL SERVICE.

Items not as described, ordered items not available

I ordered (and paid for) three items from Cottonbox. I subsequently received an email that two of the items were not available - and was ultimately issued a refund, after a series of emails back and forth to confirm this.

The third item was clearly described on the website as 100% cotton. Upon receipt, I discovered it was 20% polyester.

The company does not have a contact phone number, so all issues need to be (slowly!) dealt with via email. Frustrating and disappointing!

Hello, placed an order with Cottonbox and it appears the shipping address is incorrect. Haven't received any notice of shipping yet, but can't seem to get through to them at all to update them or receive a shipping notice! I used their phone number and left a voicemail as well as email. Does anyone have any additional advice?

I don't have any more information. It seems that they might be a busy small company, and might take longer for a response. It also takes a while for them to send out orders. They are awesome sheets though!

At the very least I feel this company is dishonourable. They happily and quickly take customer's money but, whether you receive the goods is quite another matter. I've have come to experience this sort of busiess dealing with Chinest companies but I naively expected far more from an Australian company. See my review posted today if you're interestd but hope others will read before purchasing.

I found the phone number but it goes voicemail.
They are appalling. It's been two weeks since I ordered a blanket. I emailed them last week and they said it had been shipped, that I would get the tracking number that day. I emailed them again. I haven't received any tracking details. Has it been shipped or not? If you're not going to send me what I have ordered then I want a refund. I have not heard back. Also I emailed the wholesaler of the brand of the item I ordered. Explaining I am having issues with Cotton Box.
I might have to speak to my bank or Consumer Rights for advice. Don't buy from Cotton Box. I am not impressed with them at all.

I am very happy with the quality of their products and never had any problem with the service. Just reciev my order yesterday, 16/1/13, I ordered Logan & Mayson and Designers Choice, 250 thread count sheet set, they are very nice.
