STILL WAITING!!
A part was (supposedly) being ordered for me in October 2018. It is now (almost end) January 2020. My numerous emails asking for updates get ignored. I’ve contacted “head office” who fobbed me off on to somebody new at the Noosa dealership. After initial contact with him, emails once again get ignored. I called a week again and was told that I would be called back shortly. Well, I’m still waiting.

Worst experience ever
Purchased a new RAM I was shameless lied to and once you sign the contract you are treated like dirt. The car had rust on delivery after 7 months of requesting repair they advised me that the cause was environmental issues saying It was caused by me. I then took this up with RAM Australia. RAM advised that their was never a warranty claim made and RAM fixed the issue. Cricks a bunch of liers and dishonest crooks my advice is to run and deal with a reputable dealer. Visit their poor ratings on face book and word of mouth . I am not standing alone here

Useless
Cricks were unable to find a aircon leak in my sons Subaru twice, initial visit they topped the a/c up and suggested I bring it back if it failed . Surprise, surprise it did fail and they then changed a valve which did not fix the leak. ( suspect they wanted to appear to do something ) Clearly made a booking for me to wait for car and it sat for a full hour in carpark untouched.
I rang to insist they fix the car and was told the aircon service unit is broken so in frustration took the car to a Noosaville aircon mechanic and he found a larg...Read more

They can’t even get their name right - should be spelt CROOKS
This is the second time of buying from them. Only went back as they own half the dealerships within 50km so you’re stuck.
First issue, watch what they say and what they put on the contract. The two won’t necessarily agree. Unfortunately they keep you there for hours to wear you out so it’s easy to miss. We got our contact amended as we noticed before the calling off period and threatened to cancel the deal if they didn’t add the items they had missed by mistake.
Secondly watch out for them asking to massage the value of the trade in so that...Read more
their sales figures look better. The bottom line figure will be the same so you loose nothing. Problem is they offer say $1000 for trade in, write it up as $5000 and change the sale price of theirs accordingly. You pay the same so do you care. Not until you pay them the finance that is. At which point they can change the price they’ll pay for the trade in. You can’t cancel anything now as there’s finance penalties so you’re locked in and have to pay the difference. They may have a valid reason for changing the price, but because the contract has the inflated price, even if you take your trade in out of the contract, your left with a contract that has a higher price. This is why they drag out the sales process as long as possible so they get their money in the bank and you have no recourse. It’s only now you understand why it took them a week to send an invoice to the finance company. The figures are just examples to make it clear, we ended up loosing a few thousand this way, but unfortunately no proof, so can’t fix it. They did several other dodgy things, but these points might help you avoid not driving away mad. There’s nothing I can do to fix my situation, but hopefully this warning will make others think twice about trusting the verbally agreed and ensuring what is written on the contract is really what it should be. They’re good at being friendly so you trust them, just remember you owe them nothing so only sign for what you’re happy with as the contract is all that counts.Similar opinion? Untrusted dealer -
This is the worst dealer I ever dealt with
I went to buy a 2016 VW Passat B8 Wagon -2016 model ( still not sold) at Cricks used cars Noosa (same location with Subaru) after negotiated over the phone, two months ago.
As per the photos of this car in the Advertisement, I found that the parcel cover was missing and Salesperson Steve agreed with me to swap with another car in the sale( It was around $850/=).
Based on his promise I went there (from Brisbane to Noosa) . Once I reach
ed the dealership the sales person was not at the location as...Read more

Dubious high pressure sales tactics!
I would not recommend them.
I wanted to buy a Subaru and went in to test drive and see what they would give me for my car. The Salesman went over the top trying to be my friend (even wanting to discuss the price of milk at IGA!!! ) and when I said I couldn’t, (well, didn’t want to), sign today he said “sure, no problems”. Then when it came to asking for a change over figure they started pressuring me to sign first ... saying ‘this is the way it works’. When I said I wasn’t signing today he brought out the ‘Manager’ ?? who said they’d defini...Read more
tely give me a good deal but I had to commit to buying today ... and they wouldn’t give me their price until I did. They made me feel bullied and that I didn’t know ‘How it works.’ I felt intimidated and after resisting further pressure finally got to walk out. The Salesman walked me to my car and then said as I was leaving that ‘I hope you think of me as your friend enough to buy a car from me’ !!!! Anyway, As I had said to Cricks I was only going to visit two dealers to get a price as I was in a hurry to buy before Xmas. I went to Subaru at Morayfield and they were great, treated me like an intelligent person, were very helpful and upfront with me, such a relief! They gave me a final price with no pressure to sign. I left and had lunch with a friend then went back and signed on the same day!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

100% better
I booked my X Trail in for its 120,000 k service and must admit a little sceptical following my previous experience. The service department has new staff who were welcoming and polite which was not the case in the past. I was quoted a price, offered a lift back home and then received a text informing me that the work was complete a couple of hours ahead of schedule. On collecting the car I was charged the quoted price and made aware of potential work that might be required at the next service. Keep up the good work.

Purchased New Nissan X-Trail
Trent the new car sales person was both freindly and professional and was a pleasure to do business with.Highly recommended.
The drive away price of the new vehicle was competitive with other dealerships.
Our experience would have been further enhanced by an increase in the value of our trade in. We have seen our old vehicle in a retail car yard on sale at a significantly increased price, to be expected I guess given that dealerships need to be profitable to survive.

Professional Ripoff Artists
Sent 3 vehicles to Cricks Noosa for recalls. Was quoted $480 for a service on one of them and charged my husband $957 on pick up. When I called to complain to the service manager I was virtually told bad luck and to have a nice day and was then hung up on. These providers have no scruples and will go to any length to take your money. Go anywhere else!!!

Drive away crappy
Worst mistake I have ever made buying a used car from this company. They are very dishonest in their servicing division. Charging for parts that were not installed in the vehicle. Stating that parts needed replacing when they didn't and quoting exorbitant costs for them. Recently had the car in for a warranty repair at the nambour centre, when I got the car back, the rear reversing sensor didn't work any more and the sunvisor retaining clip had been snapped off. Cricks at Noosa said they could repair them for $500! I took out the Platinum Warr...Read more
anty when I bought the car, they said those parts aren't covered. Think wisely before you take out that policy, its a money making con. If you don't get your car serviced twice a year, based on time rather than kilometers, its automatically cancelled. Their service charges are almost double what they should be. I agree with a previous comment regarding the staff, they can be quite aggressive and intimidating at times if you have problems. Their attitude of 'that's the way it is, so accept it', leaves a lot to be desired.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Purchase was great! Service... not so much
I purchased my 2017 WRX through Cricks last year. The sales person, Kyle Miller, was really good to deal with. He worked with me to secure the best price, then he took the time to find the car I wanted in the colour I had chosen. The finance department were somewhat helpful though they did talk down my financial advisor and warned me to be careful (Cricks could neither get the finance amount I needed nor the low interested rate and pay out fees I had through my advisor).
I have had to go back to the service department twice with my new car f...Read more
or manufacturer issues. Both times were somewhat difficult. I had to leave my car with the service department for a lot longer than youd expect for both issues (i live an hour away from the shop so this was very frustrating). I didnt feel the staff were very helpful there and I felt they spoke down to me as if I didnt know anything about cars (my partner works in the car industry so while I know I dont know everything, I know more than youd think). At first, the Maroochydore office asked me to take my car to Noosa as thats where I bought it from however have since welcomed me to their shop as I do my servicing through them and theyre aware of my frustration with Noosa.Similar opinion? Damage to alloy rim, failure to respond to complaint, failure to return calls.
Immediately after collecting my car I saw that one alloy rim had damage not present when the car was left to have new tyres fitted. After two weeks of multiple broken promises to return calls Tyresales communicated their displeasure after which the car was called in to have the damage repaired. Even then they kept it for a day longer that originally promised! Tyresales were entirely professional and supportive throughout and I would not hesitate to use them again. Just not using the same fitting company!
