I was having trouble ordering a rug online and contacted customer service for help. I was assisted by Bethany who was very prompt and efficient in her job! She helped to source and upload the rug I was after so that I could successfully purchase online. I am very grateful for her help and excellent customer service! ☺️

Product - Trojan Lemnos - fantastic
Estimating for product quantity for job needs improvement - estimated short and job was unfinished for some time - Christmas visitors greeted at front door with unfinished concrete floor!
Installers - fantastic.
Requirement for full payment before job is started not desirable especially if problems encountered!
Customer Service - Very unsatisfactory.

Fix your filters. If you want to look at all the Round Rugs, you should be able to select shape!

I am happy with the customer service provided by Mr Louie at DecoRug Liverpool he is very friendly and this is the second time he helped me all the staff very friendly. I am happy with the product its very nice. The installer did good job and they are flexible and friendly. Thanks to everyone.

We really can't praise your on line service enough, I was lucky enough to be helped by Roza in your Brisbane on line dept.
We were locked down in Melbourne through covit 19 and so couldn't get the rugs we'd seen prior to lockdown, not only did Roza locate them, 2 from different parts of Sydney and 2 from different stores in Brisbane, she got them dispatched and delivered to Melbourne. And they arrived four days after we ordered them. Well done Deco rugs not just for delivering our gorgeous rugs but also our biggest praise and thanks go to your staff member Zara Roza Khorrami based at Northlakes, who we can't praise enough.

From start to finish the experience with Decorug was great.
We got the perfect carpet at a great price for our renovated lounge room. The advice from in store staff was great.
The installers (Mohammed and assistant) were very professional and did an excellent job.
We will definitely be doing the rest of our house with Deco rug.

From my first point of contact (Kaan at Aspley store), the works coordinator Sevda and the Installer Zo it was a truly professional experience. Zo worked non-stop for five hours. The result was amazing. I have had the carpet installed for almost a month now and the novelty of stepping out of bed onto luxurious soft carpet still has not worn off. Comes up beautifully after vacuuming. Thank you Decorug.

My instal was the best part - to see Gerard progress with his attention to detail and experience to ensure the floor was laid absolutely perfect was great . He was most obliging and informative when I asked several questions about my new floor which alleviated any qualms I had about the whole project. I would certainly recommend Gerard to instal your laminate wood floors - very happy-looks and feels fabulous!

I and my wife visited the Liverpool showroom about a couple of months ago and liked a carpet. We were told we could hold it as long as we needed to. While having a chat we advised, we are building our house. On that note he started to show us the specials on floor boards. While we liked the floor boards, e said we were bot unsure, if we will have floor boards or tiles and were not sure of the time line, of when we could come back. From choosing a product, to the measure and quote and then final installation, I was very happy with Decorug’s service. We chose a laminate product Hadron Hybrid which looks great, is waterproof (handy having young children) and was reasonably priced.

The most impressive part was our installer - Gerard. He had great attention to detail and despite a few tricky challenges / sections of flooring - he handled everything with no fuss and a solution to every problem. Something which can’t always be said about some tradespeople.

I would definitely recommend Decorug and would definitely use them again if I need flooring.
