Ryan & Nathan did an excellent job in laying our Hybrid hardwood flooring in our 4 bedrooms and hallway at Tumbi Umbi. Their customer service was also a highlight of their service delivery.

We booked a timber installation with DecoRug who provided a great service. They were quick to help our query and helped us pick the best flooring option for our needs. Our timber installer, Ashok, did an amazing job! He was extremely kind and efficient in his work. He offered great professional opinions regarding the long-term maintenance of our new wooden floors. A lovely gentleman that deserves all the praise. Would highly recommend DecoRug for any timber flooring installations.

I was kindly served at the Bankstown store in the Christies centre by a younger gentleman, but unfortunately my experience was tarnished towards the end when an associate of his felt it was justifiable to loudly shut him or us up by saying "shhhhhhhh" when she was on the phone having conversation. It is frankly very rude for an older lady to have the mannerisms of a child especially compared to a much younger gentleman who was very friendly and polite in serving me during my visit.

Alex from Prospect was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about flooring. We got the Hadron Hybrid and are very happy with it.

Ryan and Nathan who installed the flooring were very thorough and professional. We would highly recommend them.

Dealt with akmal at the prospect store who was amazing!!! Was excellent with his product knowledge and was very patience and helpful from start to finish. Will definitely be back. Then after we purchased the carpet we had the installer Omar come install the carpet for us. What a fantastic tradesmen!!! he was efficient, punctual and absolutely lovely gentlemen to deal with. His work is highly recommended and is one of a kind. I’m so grateful for the fantastic job he did.

The installers arrived everyday on time and did a really fabulous job. Cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous and efficient.

Had floorboards install last week from the Newstead store. Martin was very professional and friendly throughout the process. Quote was quite reasonable and I was informed of potential levelling costs up front.
Vijay installed the floor efficiently, and was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely respectful and has done a marvellous job. Could not be happier.

Constant lies and promises of return calls that never come!
Would not warrant their faulty install despite still under warranty!
Would not replace broken part!
Paid for the replacement part myself just to fix the issue, waited 5 months! and still no part.
WORST COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Outstanding services!! My contractor worked extremely hard and tirelessly to finish the job in two days. He did an incredible job at changing my entire floorboards and was courteous, friendly and did everything he could to produce the best work possible.

Deb and team from Decorug Penrith were so easy to work and were very accommodating. The installer, Ash, did a great job and was such a nice fellow.

Would give 0 star if I could. Such a dissappointing experience. Service in store was lovely and friendly, but from there was just a downhill disaster. They advised us our flooring was delayed, which meant we had to live with family 3 hours away because our flooring wouldn't be ready for us to move in. Then the installer called (and rudely hung up on us) after changing the install date again.
