Have a couple questions. I only brought my machine about 7 months ago. I have it on max temp but never seems hot enough now and the milk doesn’t seem to froth as much either. I regularly descale it ask it asks at least 1 a fortnight it pops up. What could be the problem?

I'd send it in for repair, I love their machines but they are never even close to hot enough

So I have noticed. Even if you change the temp to max the pre set coffees won’t actually change to maximum because they’re pre set. But if you go and make a coffee to your my menu it will then use the maximum temperature that you have set. Very useful information. Took me playing around with it for the morning to work this out.

The 'Insert tank" message is continually displayed. I have taken out tank, placed back several times but still isn't working.

Hi, I just got the automated coffee machine, we have tried to fill the top with beans and it won't let us go past the 'select beverage' and it keeps saying 'fill beans' and we already have. Any tips??

Sadly you can't I emailed them about this aswell they just came back with a bunch of standard responses.

The only thing I've found is leaving the milk out of the fridge for half hour so it reaches room temp.

Had mine a year and I'm a little over Luke warm coffee! Maybe time for a new brand.

Good luck

Thank you, have set the temperature on maximum. Unfortunately this is just not hot.
Sadly I have to microwave my coffee after making it to be warm enough to enjoy. Shame, as this detracts from my experience and is honestly not satisfactory when spending close to $1,000.00 for a well respected brand name.

I am looking at buying this machine but reviews are saying that the milk is not hot enough. I have an EC860 currently and this is the reason I am looking for another machine. Can the milk temperature be adjusted or will it be similar to the EC860

Same problem, especially if making a mug of cappuccino, milk temperature only goes to 50-55c, should be 60-65c. Even if set to maximum heat, still need to put coffee in microwave for about 15-20 seconds to get right temperature. Cannot find any way of increasing temperature to desirable level. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this product if it cannot heat milk to acceptable temperature. Aldi $28 milk frother does a better job.

What’s the bloody point if you got to put a latte in the microwave!! What a waist of $2000!!!!!
