This toaster is one of my Best Buys ever!

published

I toast everything from toast, bread roles and I even toast my sandwiches with ham and cheese all at once too!
The cheese doesn’t melt all through the toaster either

Perfect and great looking toaster

published

This is our second Delonghi toaster, we wanted a refresh, our last delonghi toaster was 7 years old and still working perfectly.
It’s easy to clean, looks great, has all of the required settings and is a perfect match to the Icona kettle.

Purchased in at DeLonghi for $149.

Can not fault

published

Before I purchased the DeLonghi 4 slice toasters I had been disappointed in others I had tried and returned. This one toasts evenly, has two independent adjustable temperature options, different thicknesses can be toasted simultaneously which is fantastic, hubby crumpets, me breakfast muffins and they don't get jammed! It has proved easy to clean and after nearly 3 years of use still looks great.

Stylish and easy to use

published

Our toaster sits on our bench so it was important to me to have a toaster that looked good and worked in with our other appliances which this toaster does.
The settings are easy to use and the slots are wide enough to take those slightly bulky buns.
It can be tricky to clean crumbs from the top as there is a recessed rim where crumbs fall. This is minor and probably more about me being very finicky about my toaster being crumb free!
Overall, a great buy.

Great Toaster

published

Just bought another one of these toasters even though my old one is still working fine after 3yrs. Liked it so much I bought the replacement as Delonghi seems to be changing the design and we wanted to keep the same one for many years to come.
Works extremely well and looks great in our kitchen.Would definitely highly recommend this product.

Great toaster

published

This toaster looks great. I have the white and chrome version. I chose to pay more for this smart toaster than the microwave that I bought on the same day! I'm really happy with it after more than 12 months and only looked it up to get the electrical specs as this is one of those great appliances that will most certainly be moving with us to our new kitchen in our new house. I chose it in part because of the wide slots that fit home made hand cut sourdough or fat crumpets and it does not disappoint.

Perfect toast

This toaster looks amazing with a glossy white finish. It can cook up to four slices at a time, toasting evenly. Each section having individual controls . The slots are wide so thick slices fit with ease.

Perfect toast

Got it very cheap on sale at Amazon. Needed to replace my old toaster and probably anything is better than what I had. Good quality. I found that number 3 made sandwich bread brown. I also like the large slice size so it can various sized bread slices. Also can buy matching kettle for those that like having matching appliances.

Best Toaster I've Seen In A Long Time

published

Toasters are hit and miss no matter how much money you spend on one. However, I found a damn good one after reading months of toaster reviews from various brands. I bit the bullet and bought the deLonghi Scultura 2 Slice Toaster (white) after Joyce Mayne were having a moving location sale. I paid $49.95 and am glad I went to the sale!! This toaster browns the bread perfectly and evenly on both sides! It is superlative! Only takes a short amount of time and doesn't take long to figure out your preferred settings. Looks fantastic with the style on my bench and doesn't take up too much space like the 4 slice toasters do. Highly recommend to those not wanting to buy another dud toaster!

Perfect for our beautiful kitchen and works perfectly. Easy to use and easy to clean. The chrome on the top stays silver unlike many other toasters that go dark after use. Could not be happier. Highly recommend it. . . . . . . . . . . . .

First expensive toaster - worth the money

published

I've always thought a toaster's a toaster. Why would anyone spend more than $20-30 on something that's gonna do the same thing as the cheap version.
I was wrong! I don't understand how, but this cooks the perfect toast. Don't understand the bad reviews. I guess you're more likely to write a review when a product 'goes wrong', but I've just been so impressed with this toaster, I had to sign up to Product Review to brag.
I'm not a big toast eater either, but my mother got given one of these a few months ago and I'd find myself going to visit just so I could make myself a piece of toast with her toaster. Today I finally got my own!
Anyway, highly recommended. I'll update if I have any problems

Best toaster ever

published

I love my blue Delonghi icona toaster, it cooks everything perfectly, with other toasters in order to cook crumpets they would need to be cooked twice but this toaster does it in one go. We have had this toaster now for a year and it is still faultless, evenly cooks everything and we've never had an issue with it. The frozen setting is helpful when toasting frozen bread and it has a reheat function for when you forget about your toast.

Icona CTO4003 (4 Slice)

Hi, a Harvey Norman purchase, icons black 4 slice, 2 control sets, separate controls and sides is perfect for family as my side cooks the gluten free toast only (no contamination) which takes x3 to x4 Longer. Problem is centre coil not heating on my side so l have to turn my toast over to cook the tether side. Problem 2: l want 4 sandwich racks to use in toaster for toasted sandwiches. Where can l buy good quality compatible ones please? I bought 1 Kitchenaid brand, works great in my Delonghi toaster but the plastic handle crumbled and fell off on both handles soon after purchase, KA wouldn’t honour a replacement. Please help.

Icona Toaster

I bought two slice toaster . It worked for about 3 months then stopped working. I replaced it with $30 Target toaster which works fine. It has been sitting in the box for about 6 months. Is there a easy fix or ready for bin. No power in the toaster it is almost brand new.

I bought it from Costco and I am no loger a member. I have only been to the shop about 2 times so can't justify paying another 50 or 60 bucks for a lousy toaster
