Thanks to Tim, the Fender GTX 100 amp arrived promptly to my door in Brisbane, I couldn’t ask for better service, we’ll done Derringers.

I recently purchased a Roland VAD706 drum drum kit from Derringers. This is a 10k spend!! They were exceptionally helpful and got me a really good price. It was delivered to my door ( I'm in Nth Qld ) with no dramas at all. Big thanks to Jack in the drum department. He was amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.

I submitted an online enquiry late in the evening and received a response 1st thing in the morning.
Did not hesitate to match the offer that was offered by another site for the Yamaha PSR-E273 61-Key Portable Keyboard.
Sorted out the deal over the phone and my keyboard was shipped to me straight after.
Jake was very efficient all throughout.

Made an enquiry about a specific instrument. Met with arrogant and grumpy guys who were just hideous to deal with. Call Manny's instead, much nicer to deal with and better prices.

Emailed price & availabilty questions to the Derringers team, within a short period of time I had the anwsers and results was hoping for, Once purchased really prompt with dispatch & delivery. I submitted an enquiry through their website to see if they could do a deal on a guitar they had in stock. Got a phone call within 30 minutes, struck a deal we were both happy with and had the guitar shipped to Brisbane in 3 business days. Great experience.

Can't price challenge. No response when presented with a price challenge on particular gear. That's bad customer service if I may add. A simple no would have been acceptable instead of ignoring a potential customer. Maybe it was to much of a challenge for Derringers to compete with.

Ordered an RC - 3 Boss loop pedal through these guys as no stock was available in NSW music stores Central Coast or Sydney. Derringers online Store South Australia. What's the chances? After searching and waiting months to find the DDJ400 in stock, I found it. Ordered Friday, delivered to my door in Melbs Monday lunchtime. Will definitely use again in the future. Thanks guys!
