Was good for a while

published

I have had two of these dispensers in my house for around 2 years and just recently they have started being set off once the light in the room has been switched off. On occasion they run continuously until the soap container is empty making quite an expensive mess if you don't realise it's happening. Have tried replacing the batteries but it hasn't helped. Back to the old DIY pump soaps I think.

Not long lasting

This product was fantastic to start with and I purchased a few dispensers however I have had them for over a year and it is now activated by turning of the light in the kitchen and keeps dispensing until it empties the canister. I did not discover this until the morning. Batteries had also recently been changed so it wasn't a battery problem, very disappointed.

Handy and great product

published

So handy and love it. Automatically dispenses the hand wash so no need to use dirty oily hand to press the bottle. Or overuse the hand wash. Even the original smell that came with the dispenser smells good. Can't wait to try other smell. Fantastic product especially when you can get it on special.

Clean hands and save money

Love the no touch dispenser - my kids don't over use/waste soap now as each amount dispensed is exactly that same - soap is fun to use and all hands in this house are clean. Battery change maybe once a year - very hygienic soap dispenser. Easy to change soap cartridge and refills are regularly on sale.
Easy to use for kids especially

High tech for a low cost

An inovative product that automatically dispenses a precise amount of soap every time. Bought it on special for about $10 and it came with batteries. It has worked well & I have used ordinary liquid soaps to refill it (just cut a hole in the top).
The batteries have failed after about a year but can't get it to work with new ones - oh well it was a fun gaget while it worked!
Advanced technology, cheap price
A pointless device really, new batteries fail to work in it after the factory ones die.

My dispenser is going off three times every time I go to use it. Does that mean it’s on its way out?

I haven't experienced this myself. Have you tried wiping over the sensor? Is there possibly soap covering it?

Yes cleaned it off I thought the same but the sensor picking up three applications seems electrical.

No stock anywhere in Australia, apparently. You can prise the cap off and refill with something else temporarily.
