Premium Eco Column OFRC15ECCBI have a Dimplex Premium Eco Column OFRC15ECCB I have the controls all worked out, and it did the job well. Compared to my other very similar heater the Dimplex was about 7 times the price. The other heater was a Kmart Purchase and much older than the Dimplex . It is still doing what it should heat a small room. Nothing complicated. The Dimplex heater doesn’t get used all that often and hence why I’m so Disappointed. It just suddenly stopped working no led no heat nothing.
So the moral of my story is just because you buy expensive items it doesn’t mean they are of good quality or design. No More Dimplex for me.
I have no way if knowing what it is set to because it's no turning on I have no display. I have read the 72 hour resistor needs changing article although I didn't believe something could be so poorly

Heats beautifully
Premium Eco Column OFRC24ECCBHeats large spaces really well. Have tried in two areas of the house and has worked perfectly in both sections using both settings 2400w & 1700w. The rooms felt comfortable in every corner. Only con the timer is complicated so always left on manual.

Premium Eco Column OFRC24ECCBHarvey Norman sold me this - how amazing it is, it was more expensive than the others but I bought it.
I got it home and its mediocre, its ok.
The last heater I had which I sadly can not remember what Brand it was, was better
It was more powerful and heated our lounge far better than this
I want tp praise it but the only thing I can praise is it looks great slick and black
But every night I try and put it on its a fight to get it on and it really is not powerful
It might be better for a small small room like 2m x 3m

If you feel the heater is not heating as it should there may be an issue with the thermostat. If you are still within the warranty period please return the heater with your purchase receipt back to the retailer.
