Dinnerly has been an absolute revaluation for mw, both with the foods I'm trying and eating as well as the skills I've picked up in the kitchen. I like the emphasis on less waste with packaging and the downloadable recipe cards. Massive fan and I highly recommend.

So impressed with Dinnerly! We were initially skeptical because of price (could this be too good to be true?) but the meals are easy & tasty. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the meat - Lilydale free range chicken. Yes, this is a basic meal service but we could not buy the ingredients for ourselves at this price. We used Hello Fresh before this which probably had more vegetables but I just add my own vegetables for each meal with Dinnerly. There is less packaging with this meal service which I also appreciate. Overall this is fantastic and would highly recommend!

We love our Dinnerly coming school. No fancy, chef like stuff. Just quick processes to get to a delicious end we get to enjoy. I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t like waste. Everything is used, it’s all fresh as fresh and easy to put together.

My selected delivery times is Mondays between 6PM to 9PM - the last two orders they did not deliver at all on the selected date. The previous order arrived the following Thursday, 3 days late and without letting me know (I cancelled the order the morning after it didn’t arrive but instead they still delivered the order and didn’t refund me as requested). Last night’s order was also not delivered so I cancelled and wont be using their service again.

Also, the times I did receive my orders (late), the vegetables were not fresh and ready to expire. I would never choose these veggies myself in the shops.

The meal choices are good, there is little waste as you need to provide some of the essential seasoning ingredients yourself. The meat and vegies are always fresh and in good condition. The customer service gets back to you promptly and are always helpful. We love having 3 meals a week all sorted and ready to go, it makes the working week so much easier to manage. We are also learning to cook new and exciting things - its fun and healthy!!

Vegetarians be careful.
I order it for the first time and was disappointed to realise two out of three meals i ordered (that were labelled vegetarian) had one, if not two items that were not vegetarian friendly. Disappointed, because otherwise the service seemed decent.

Love the selection of meals, whether you’re vegetarian or not they have a selection for everyone ! Easy to follow recipe cards online that you can reuse anytime if you love the meal !

Long story short, signed up for 1 box to trial the product. Didn't like it, and a month later got an email saying I had been billed $80. After speaking to customer service, they flat out refused to submit a refund and basically said lol sorry enjoy the box.

The best thing is they dont even send everything you need to cook the meals. Don't do it.

I've been using Dinnerly for about 12 months now (maybe a tad longer) and find it great value for money. They have about 15 meal choices and lots of options for delivery times. It is the awesome delivery guys that really stand out. Living in an apartment block, food boxes can "go missing" - I have asked for them to buzz when they arrive. I really appreciate that they do this for me.
Possibly the only downside is that they have been using more plastic recently - but that is not a reflection on the produce (always fresh) just a personal preference.
I do add more vegetables to some of the dishes, but if you do this with the pasta dishes be prepared to have dinner and lots leftover for lunch the next day.

I really enjoy the simple recipes & fresh ingredients. Love that you are not locked into any tricky plans and you can easily skip, pause or cancel future deliveries. Customer service is also amazing. I had forgotten to skip a delivery one week and only realized when my card had already been charged, so I got in contact with a customer support team member online and to my surprise they instantly arranged a refund without question and helped me pause my subscription - Highly recommend this great & affordable meal kit delivery service!

Yes there is maybe one meal a month that you dont love but other than that its a hit for our family, kids and grand parents included. As a massive meat eater even tried a couple of vegetarian meals and they hit the mark too.
We get it for 4 days leaving the weekends free to have your favourite Sunday roast or night out meal

The recipes are really not great, very basic and not that tasty. I have found that to make a decent meal I have had to add additional ingredients, such as veggies and grains to fill the family, and make it slightly more exciting.It is cheaper than other meal kits, but I would prefer to pay a bit more for quality and satisfaction.

$80+ for 4 potatoes, 3 tomatos, 1 cucumber, 1 cup of rice, a pack of chicken thighs, some low quality beef mince and some bread rolls.... might as well save yourself $50 and buy all that stuff while you are at the shops buying all the additional ingredients you need to complete the recipes provided by dinnerly....

I have been using Dinnerly for about a month now. Originally started as I wanted to try controlling my diet a little better in the evenings as I was having too much takeaway. I chose the company for it's ethics and liked the idea and simplicity of 5 ingredients and 5 steps. The lower price was simply a nice bonus. It has been fantastic!!!! The food is fresh and appears well sourced and the recipes include calories so I can portion my meals to help my diet. Environment, wallet and myself all saved thank you very much. It arrives on time every time so far and I simply go tot the website and adjust my meals well ahead of time to ensure I receive meals that I know I will enjoy.
