Pathetic Service
Very poor customer service. Bought my first vacuum on the 4th of October. Didn’t receive any response regarding delivery. Sent multiple emails and messages via messenger. No replies. Had a live chat which took more than 5mns to say it’s shipped out. Provided me with a tracking number. Tracking number was incorrect. Tried chatting on the 10th to get an update and had no reply for more than 7 mns. I then called their Sydney number and was told it’s not picked up by Australia post. I then requested for my money and they say it needs approval and that I have to wait. Unbelievable. Can’t believe these type of business exists. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I can’t imagine how their after sales service would be????

Still waiting on vacuum from 26th Dec!!
Very poor service, waiting over 2 1/2 months to receive product. Purchased on 26th dec, supposedly didn’t get shipped till start of feb due to stock issues. Had extra bags with my order, sent separately. Received the bags end of feb, then had no further tracking information for vacuum. Contacted company 1/3/22 who supposedly escalated this to aus post to find out are location of package. No further contact re issue, called customer service again. Read morey money back. Customer service contacts stalling my ability to escalate to manager. Very frustrated and disappointed they should not be promoting/letting people purchase a product that is not available. I would not recommend purchasing online through this company! Delivery issue
Brought in early January, it said delivery in 24hrs when purchased. It's been 4weeks since, still no sign of it being delivered soon. Everytime I chat to customer service they automated massage saying delivery mid Feb. They were quick to take the money vaccuum has been no show.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still no update on shipping.
Ordered on 10th January with the promise of shipping in 24 hours. Then followed up and was told still waiting to clear customs and should arrive before end of January. After another follow up have been told they don’t know when stock will arrive and can’t give an estimate on delivery. Took my money fine and now feels like a scam.
Update as of 28th Jan - Don't know how they will ship before the end of the month?!?!

Update: 3 days ago wrote a message as directed by Dreame and still no response. Terrible customer service which is made worse when a promise is made with no follow through.

No communication about shipping
Ordered several weeks ago. No word yet on when it will be shipped. Not a good customer service model, feels very frustrating - have taken our money and have no ETA on when it will arrive
