Appalling customer service
Apparently everyone is supposed to be an electrician. When a circuit board shorts out and you don't know what is causing the short you call an electrician, right? Well, apparently not. You're supposed know that your Airconditioner unit is faulty and call Fujitsu direct and if you don't and you call an electrician to ascertain what the problem is, Fujitsu refuse to acknowledge this and refuse to pay for the electrician. Arrogant, argumentative staff. Would never recommend their services.

Useless Airconditioner !
The ASTG09KMTC is the most useless air conditioner out there, do NOT buy!
I own 3 other 2.5kw Fujitsu air conditioners (last years model KMCA - that you can no longer purchase) and this new model is rubbish! The "moisture removal level" on this newer KMTC model is 4 times less than the previous (older) kmca model (0.3litre/hour vs 1.3litres/hour of moisture removal).!

Got in contact with the Fujitsu and they were unwilling to do anything for customer satisfaction, despite owning multiple of their units and being a loyal customer in the PAST. Great Customer Service
Thank you so much to the team at Fujitsu (Balcatta) for their ongoing support of a repair job. The air con installers who are nothing to do with Fujitsu have caused major problems. Phone calls to and support from Dion, Liz and Gareth at Fujitsu is much appreciated. All are easy people to talk to and listen to your concerns.
Gareth is an excellent technician who can find the faults caused by others and then rectify them. He is so friendly, thorough and brilliant at his job. His knowledge and expertise are outstanding. We can't thank him enough.

Repair of my Mum's air conditioner
My Mum's air conditioner is 10 years old and has broken down twice in the last 3 months, Fujitsu were very good in not charging a call out fee the 2nd time even though it was a different fault. Fault was fixed in no time with no issues. Technician was excellent.

3.5 cooling unit, simple cheap to run and quiet
Bloody Awesome aircons. Had 1 installed 2 years ago and 2 more this year. The units never really change and they work really well in all our bed rooms there quiet and cheep to run and simple to use. We run ours on 24 cool, auto fan, low noise and in energy saving/economy mode. They keep up on a 40 degree day with 80% humidity easy.
Really happy worth the money

Very Happy
We had over 60 apartments for the Fujitsu technicians to service over a period of four days. Everyone worked together well and some great technical advice was passed on to owners.

Cleaning of the bedroom air-con.
It was a pleasure to have Marc work on our Fujitsu split system air-con. He striped the unit down, cleaned the mould off it and rebuilt it. First person we have had that actually knew the unit inside out. He left the site in a clean and orderly condition and offered advise on the day to day running of the unit. "Very helpful".
We were not aware Fujitsu had people service air-cons that were out of warranty. Therefore we have had other companies do our maintenance, some of which have been absolutely useless, but still expect top dollar.

They listened to my concerns
After experiencing some initial hiccups with scheduling, the field person was very comprehensive and gave detailed explanation of the issues effecting all units at the property. Once diagnosed new units were fitted.

Spare parts what's that.
Fujitsu service agent came said you need three new parts for unit which i though was unusual as it has done hardly any work. So far 3 .. THREE Weeks still nothing so i rang the agent he advise me he does not know when parts will be here very poor Fujitsu. You shoud spend some of your advertising budget on spare parts. Honestly at this point I can not recommend Fujitsu.

Please solve this awful issue
I found the general interaction part of the service good. The lady who took the phone call and the technician appeared open to accommodating certain disability needs of mine required for communication. And I appreciated both their efforts. The technician also came on time which was great. The technician explained well what he thought the problem was and made the effort to slow speech and explain at my level.

l on my health. And after all the reasons (roof related) I was given for this, my roof unit wasn’t even checked. Especially because I was told the cause of the problem cannot be diagnosed unless the technician is here when it is happening. Since the problem wasn’t happening when he was there a thorough check was essential. But roof unit wasn’t checked after putting me through all that strain due to lack of proper planning and communication to do this task. There were other inconsistencies too between the advice I was given about the aircon functions compared to what actually happened. I am left with an aircon that keeps switching off, I cannot change temperat lest it will switch off while also racking up bills due to suggestions given and performance of aircon. I was also told the outside unit is getting very hot from direct sunlight hence I need to make sure it’s in the shade. It is really frustrating to me that I be advised this by a Fujitsu technician when Fujitsu itself has ignored this during installation! I also find it amazing that a unit that’s meant to be placed outdoor is so hypersensitive to such conditions which are extremely common in Adelaide. In addition, previous technicians from other agencies who have come to service the aircon have been awful at solving the problem. So much effort, time and money wasted and still living in such heat. The way this has been handled makes it difficult for me to follow up with them with my many and specific concerns. In the meanwhile, the aircon keeps switching off and doing other things leaving me with no cooling in really hot weather (now, sitting in 47C heat) and a disability that makes it hard to regulate internal temperature (Fujitsu was advised of this) so, the result is affecting other symptoms too. And, if the approach continues in the same way, I will not be able to attend to this problem anymore unless urgent effort is made to thoroughly diagnose the real issue and make this process of using aircon simpler and not so complicated. This has dire consequences for my health. Rating is because of the unbearable heat borne daily within the context of my disability. Thanks for asking for feedback.1 comment

A great product with follow up service
Fujitsu was recommended to me by an air conditioning technician. It is that much better than my previous unit that there is no comparison. The customer service and follow up is also excellent. I am now a loyal customer.

Excellent service at an affordable price
Straightforward, simple and approachable. Fujitsu customer service was accessible and arranging a time for a repairman to come out was hassle and drama-free. Repairman (Ben) was amazing - thorough job, respectful throughout, and went above and beyond in his troubleshooting and gave me clear explanations about what the issue was and what I'd expect.
