I questioned the technician on what would have caused fault and not only did he know how to fix it, but knew what caused it. We have put preventative measure in place now to stop it happening again.
There was a bit of a delay in getting one of the parts

Customer service was very polite, and eager to assist. Even in the middle of a heat wave, they still did their best to repair the A/C unit promptly. Service was excellent and efficient. Would easily recommend and use again.

Quick diagnosis of fault by technician, identified faulty part, he had on hand in his vehicle, so no delays chasing parts. Why waste time with non genuine repairers, far more efficient to deal direct with Fujitsu.

Although it took a few weeks to get an appointment, on the day, Serviceperson attended punctually. He was professional, and communicated each of the steps he took, in clear and articulate manner. Payment and paperwork completed efficiently.

Kelvin the technician, assured me my older reverse cycle air conditioner unit was operating OK after checking it out and running it for a length of time.
He gave me lots of useful informative tips and questions to ask when the time comes to replace my system in the future. Hopefully not this summer.

Five year old unit that had comms fail and Fujitsu would not assist with warranty cover considering it went out of warranty one year and six months. Had other brands assist with warranty after two years out of warranty.

Answered my email same day. Got a technician out in 7 days over the holiday period which is exceptional. Extremely happy with the service given and all problems we solved the same day that was under warranty.
