Please solve this awful issue
I found the general interaction part of the service good. The lady who took the phone call and the technician appeared open to accommodating certain disability needs of mine required for communication. And I appreciated both their efforts. The technician also came on time which was great. The technician explained well what he thought the problem was and made the effort to slow speech and explain at my level.

l on my health. And after all the reasons (roof related) I was given for this, my roof unit wasn’t even checked. Especially because I was told the cause of the problem cannot be diagnosed unless the technician is here when it is happening. Since the problem wasn’t happening when he was there a thorough check was essential. But roof unit wasn’t checked after putting me through all that strain due to lack of proper planning and communication to do this task. There were other inconsistencies too between the advice I was given about the aircon functions compared to what actually happened. I am left with an aircon that keeps switching off, I cannot change temperat lest it will switch off while also racking up bills due to suggestions given and performance of aircon. I was also told the outside unit is getting very hot from direct sunlight hence I need to make sure it’s in the shade. It is really frustrating to me that I be advised this by a Fujitsu technician when Fujitsu itself has ignored this during installation! I also find it amazing that a unit that’s meant to be placed outdoor is so hypersensitive to such conditions which are extremely common in Adelaide. In addition, previous technicians from other agencies who have come to service the aircon have been awful at solving the problem. So much effort, time and money wasted and still living in such heat. The way this has been handled makes it difficult for me to follow up with them with my many and specific concerns. In the meanwhile, the aircon keeps switching off and doing other things leaving me with no cooling in really hot weather (now, sitting in 47C heat) and a disability that makes it hard to regulate internal temperature (Fujitsu was advised of this) so, the result is affecting other symptoms too. And, if the approach continues in the same way, I will not be able to attend to this problem anymore unless urgent effort is made to thoroughly diagnose the real issue and make this process of using aircon simpler and not so complicated. This has dire consequences for my health. Rating is because of the unbearable heat borne daily within the context of my disability. Thanks for asking for feedback.1 comment

A great product with follow up service
Fujitsu was recommended to me by an air conditioning technician. It is that much better than my previous unit that there is no comparison. The customer service and follow up is also excellent. I am now a loyal customer.

Excellent service at an affordable price
Straightforward, simple and approachable. Fujitsu customer service was accessible and arranging a time for a repairman to come out was hassle and drama-free. Repairman (Ben) was amazing - thorough job, respectful throughout, and went above and beyond in his troubleshooting and gave me clear explanations about what the issue was and what I'd expect.

Great service
I had an unusual issue, which turned out to be the fault of the installer not the air-conditioner itself.
The service technicans actually listened to me and did a thorough job to find the problem and did the followup action they said they would.
They were prompt, polite and efficient and knew what they were doing.
I wish they had installed the unit, now I'm waiting for the original installer to fix their mistake.
Highly recommend Fujitsu service.

My Fujitsu required a new compressor I was advised by the technician. I did have to wait for them to get the compressor and when it was installed they were very prompt, The Technician let me know he would be an hour later than advised. The time spent on installation was shorter than expected so that was deducted from my quote.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT
4 years ago we purchased a Fujitsu mini split system. We have had nothing but problems with one of our outdoor units and have had the HAVC guy come out time after time to service the unit. The unit finally died just before Thanksgiving and our HVAC guy has been working to get a new unit but Fujitsu tries to piece meal the unit back together instead of replacing it. It's been almost 3 months and we only have heat in half of our house. I am happy with the one unit that works but extremely unhappy with how the customer service is with Fujitsu ...Read more

Repair of ART series reverse cycle air conditioner
The service technician arrived promptly on time. He was very polite and conducted himself in a professional manner. I had provided the error code over the phone which made diagnosis much quicker. The problem was traced to a fault in one of the power supply boards in the in roof unit. The technician had a replacement board with him and was able to fit it there and then. All up the job was completed in under an hour and my air conditioner is working well again. I was surprised by the low cost of the replacement board. All up, including the call out fee, it cost me $314.

We recently had our unit fixed due to an electrical fault. The technician that attended was punctual, professional and was able to fix our unit, it's working brilliantly now. The staff member who I spoke with to book appointment was also very professional and friendly. Thank you for the outstanding customer service, we are still very happy we chose Fujitsu to keep us cool in summer and warm in winter 10/10 the unit it fantastic

I always live in accom with SPLIT SYSTEM A/C's,1/2 the elect bill of Old Box Guzzlers..A 3 mths bill of AVG $300 much better than $600. For 6 yrs & 3 diff units the S/Ss I've tested..Depending on household sizes & rooms for a single tenant $300 for summers..High humidity in nth tropics A/C's must be modern & strong to push & cool moist air around..I only use it for 1/2 a day midday onwards & pre pay bill so no $$ stressess.No breakdowns in 3+1/2 yrs & easy clean take out wash thin flat filters..

Double dipping
I was charged $300 labour for a regas of my air conditioner, I understand that a part of the labour time I have to pay for is for the workers to wait around. In my case as with my neighbour the workers worked two jobs at the same time, so I paid for the 2 guys to stand around. My neighbour paid for two guys to stand around, there was no standing time so we paid double for the labour. Not a bad set up ripping off two pensioners. Is that objective and factual enough. I hope as a business you enjoyed your rip off.
