Perfect Service.
Perfect service from the young man that came to fix our Air conditioner, especially when it was a hot day. Very professional .Was a problem for the one that installed the air conditioner, so he could not fix it himself, but made sure we had the details and a video of the part that was leaking all ready for the installer of the air conditioner to see where it leaked.. Next airconditioner will definally be from Fujitsu.

Great quick service

Problem rectified
I would like to say that the problem with our AC has been rectified with a replacement of the control PCB. The total repair was $172 which for me was unbelievable considering the details previously quoted a total new system! I am delighted!
And my I say I am super impressed with your customer service, customer communication and the work done by Cameron. He knew right from the start what and where to check and was spot on with his diagnosis and problem solved. He was also very punctual. Cant praise him enough.

Spot on Customer Service
My ducted Aircond system had been out of action for a few months. I was disappointed with the 10 year old system breaking down but after Fujitsu responded by sending out a technician and manager, I was extremely grateful for the consideration they both gave me. They were true gentlemen. The unit was repaired within 2 hours and the quote was very fair compared to the other companies. In future, I will only contact Fujitsu General Assist for two reasons, I can't speak highly enough of their customer service and they look after their customers on price. You just can't beat that!

Prompt, friendly and precise.
I normally choose local tradesman to help me fix appliances however I am so pleased I called Fujitsu Service. From the initial phone call, where they tried to help me fix the problem over the phone, to the technicians who came out to my home, everyone that I dealt with was fantastic. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, they were genuinely helpful. The technicians diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. I won't hesitate to call on them again.

Happy but left a little confused
We have a new aircon and thought that it was not turning off like our old unit. I was therefore worried the unit was working overtime and thee would be a cost blowout.
The service man Daniel I think said the new units didnt switch off like the old style one but rather cycled up and down.
He also gave us some hints and I was comforted that all was ok after all.
I was very dismayed that I received a bill for $150 a few days later that actually had a warranty call on it.

Prompt and efficient service
Fujitsu Service sent an immediate confirmation of the callout and the tradesman arrived on time. He was diagnosed the problem quickly, listed the parts required and gave a verbal estimated cost to repair our airconditioner. He was professional, personable and focussed. The machine was fixed within the time frame he suggested, and the cost was reduced because it took less time than he had originally estimated. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Nightmare every hot season
I bought two aircon units from Fujitsu and both units have been faulty on and off every summer. This year I have been calling Fujitsu since early November to come and fix the issue only to get them inspecting the units mid December. The units have both stopped working and Fujitsu technician could not resolve it. They now told me that they cannot confirm when they can come back to fix the units. The most annoying houseware and the worst service.

Buy one only if you really want a Fujitsu - and NOT because of the "promised" cashback
We bought a Fujitsu reverse cycle early this year. We chose the Fujitsu over a Mitsubishi because of the "Free Money" back promotion. Thought we would get the $400 back (deceptive promotion adverts). As it was a smaller domestic unit, it turns out we were only eligible for $200 back. After the ridiculous amount of paperwork, scanning, uploading and demands for serial numbers of both inside and outside units, we thought we were good to go. Even received a "your claim has been processed" email. We opted for our claim delivery as an email as regul...Read more
ar mail can get lost. So we waited ... and waited ... and waited. The entire promotion ended October 2022 (final prizes and all that) but we still hadn't received anything from them. So we emailed asking if there had been a delay in our "cash back". The reply was that our "refund" was emailed late June and to check our spam and trash box. Um - yeah - nothing in the in-box, spam or trash. I think we would have noticed if we did get it. So we asked if they could re-send the email, to which they replied they couldn't because the voucher was only valid for 3 months (found in the tiny small print clause in the small print). So we asked if they could re-send it anyway - as proof that it was sent when they said it was. "No, because the claim is no longer valid". Righto then - thanks for "nothing" I guess. Well, we now have a still working unit but NO "free money" cashback. After trawling the web for other Fujitsu money back promotions, I believe every year there have been issues with unbelievably long wait(s) for a refund or if you're unlucky like us, you get absolutely NOTHING at all. So our advice to anyone wanting to purchase a Fujitsu - don't count on the "free money" cashback promotion. We subscribe to a consumer magazine and in the December 2022 issue - we were disappointed and kicking ourselves after reading that we should have gone with the Mitsubishi. DUH!2 comments

We are bound to the terms and conditions of the promotion which include the activation process which requires you to activate your card within 3 months of your receipt. Fujitsu are required to pay for the gift card upfront and do not receive a refund for any forfeited funds. We apologise for not being able to assist you on this occasion.No. It's says to allow 4 weeks for the claim to be validated. No mention of contacting anyone if nothing is received. s even if your customers don't get it ... My customer feedback to you is to get new promo people and have better terms and conditions that make customers feel valued. And as to gift cards with only 3 months validity ... Lolol... Most gift cards have a 12 month expiry and pre paid credit cards have no expiry. If the date on it expires, by law U can still access those funds. I really believe you should read all the bad reviews with regard to the cashback promo because the process isn't working. I don't like complaining about this but after spending $10,000 on this unit only to have it breakdown right on warranty expiry and then again two years later for the same problem, I find it upsetting that this happens. Then you only get 3 months warranty on that part - Why! if its brand new should have a longer warranty, this is questionable. Its a very expensive part to replace and not something I look forward to in the future again as we are getting older and times have changed for us. is a Fujitsu 36 years old and still running like a dream. And I refuse to remove it until it breaks (if it ever breaks) as it certainly helped in the last heatwave we had. Then I was told that the unit broke down because of a shortage we had on earlier in the day. The air conditioner wasn't on at the time. I'm finding this hard to take in and will investigate it further for my own sake and then just paid whatever they thought was a reasonable price but I'm still not happy about it. Had the air conditioning unit been 10 years and over well so be it, seems reasonable for breakdowns but this is a joke. The technician was very nice and listened to me rant and approached things in a professional manner and did his very best to get everything perfect. Hope it stays that way, lets see!!!5 comments

Nothing happened yet last one and half month
We had a Fujitsu Ducted system installed in our house last November 2018. Since day one, we have had issues with the cooler not working properly. 2 months on, it is still not resolved. First call to the installer, Ambiance air midland he gave us head office Bibra lake no talked to mr josh after he gave Fujitsu afrer sale no reported to Mr Deon .mark and other team members they said very busy this time they gave their sub contracts no they came changed few parts and could not fixed it, said changed to more parts still waiting no body knows when any body come and fix it . Still same problem unable to use air conditioners only can use fan in this hot weather.

It hasnt had a lot of use as in a holiday home. Wants to charge $1200.
