So happy with my purchase!! I have a long haired dog and cat so this makes my life so much easier. I can walk the dog or take a shower while the floors get cleaned. Happy Days

I purchased the item, charged it up & away it went. Cleaned the whole house by the time I got home. I found the app easy to use & love the fact you cant ask it to clean a room at a time that suits me. Deame Z10 Pro cleans well & is quite. Great purchase.

Super friendly app and just the ease. So easy to move and remap floors like our 2 storey house. For this value it is amazing. We have tiled floors and wooden floors upstairs and this perform flawlessly considering its just dragging a damp mat around but the vacuum helps suck up any clumps of dust balls during the clean up. Highly recommended.

i have had my dreame z10 pro for a couple of weeks it gets every where. i have carpet and tiles and it works great on both and is soo quiet bought it from Harvey norman

This is my favourite vacuum, I love all the features and have it automated to start cleaning everyday. The mapping feature was really easy to use. It does a great job mopping and vacuuming

The automatic timer fails to work. Scheduled for 3am cleaning and the vacuum doesn’t come on. Manual operation is working well. The machine stopped when it was full which was unexpected.

Bought this for the vacuum function as we have two dogs and our white tiled floor is always covered in hair.

Really pleased with room/zone function as it means I can schedule the most used areas to be cleaned every day, and then the entire ground floor twice a week. Haven't used (and don't plan on using) the mop function so can't comment on that.

Picks up our dog hair really well and app is simple to use and program.

Z10 stopped working and notified Dreame, 3 weeks later no resolution. Sent in videos and done what they have told me to and still no resolution. I have to keep contacting them asking for updates on returns and refunds but they say waiting with some other team. Poor customer service for an expensive vacuum that doesn't work

This vacuum did not work from the start - connected briefly once through app, then died, so obviously a faulty unit. Will not connect to wifi or app so cannot function properly. I contacted customer service immediately and they kept advising me to reset the vac multiple times. I reset vac, uninstalled and reinstalled app, did a factory reset dozens of times which took many many hours of frustration. None of this worked.

Much faster and effective than cheaper models I’ve purchased previously. Don’t get your hopes up about using Alexa with it, it has very average functionality - Alexa only starts the vacuum, you can’t tell it which room to clean. You can customise the cleaning through the app but it would be 10x better if you could control that via Alexa too.

Absolutely loving this machine, my life is very busy and my house has a lot of traffic going though it, the vacuum saves me time by me not having to do it now so gives me more time to do other things and also enjoy my time with family and friends. It also make me keep on top of the cleaning as in picking up things on the floor so it doesn’t trip the vacuum up lol

Did a good job on vacuuming the floor but sill have to do the corners

It is a great machine, i dont like the mop as much as one mat isnt enough and the vaccum get confused easy but over all i am happy with this item

Great product, have had no issues works well. I wouldn't suggest buying this one if you need a really good mop as it is more wiping your flooring over then an actual mop which you'd probably want to buy the w10. I will be buying the w10 for my downstairs hybrid flooring and using the z10 upstairs which is carpeted and some tiles in bathrooms.
To recap great product and haven't had an issue with it would recommend to anyone for price and usability.
I am eagerly awaiting a notification that there are spare parts for the unit so I can change parts easy enough.

the only concern i have is the purchasing and need to purchase paper bags, I would have hoped something this expensive didnt mean having to buy paper bags as additional ongoing costs
