Fantastic experience, can not wait to have another renter
Excellent customer service, well supported throughout the process. Cannot recommend enough. Good choice of a renter, thoroughly checked. Drive my car paid me out as promised and the paperwork they provided made the experience seamless. The renter arrived back on time and the car was returned in the same condition as it was handed out.

Some Work to do
Customer Service was nice enough but the process was a little too long. on drop off it was slightly quicker.
the car was very dirty and had to be washed immediately, so it was dropped off looking way better than when it was collected. the boot was also almost full of equipment so if it was more than just me travelling it would have been an issue.
I had a few meetings to attend to as well as some family catch up

Disappointing car hire
Because drive my car is not the owner, your dealing with a 3 party and that's a problem. Poor communication on where pick up at airport. Inexperienced staff at pickup and drop off. Bogus damage claim day after drop off. Car was dirty inside from previous rental and many scratches and a dent on panels. Not what I was expecting.

Good service!
Good service, reasonable prices.
Car was good. Team was fair and kind.
No hassles or issues.

Outstanding Costumer Service!
The service was close at every moment and always trying to give options according to my needs. The time of response was very quick. Shiela responded to all my enquiries in an excellent way.
The bond was completely refunded.
The car was the same that I booked and it was in an excellent condition.
I used the car for knowing the city in a general way while I was staying in a temporary place. It met all my need because me and my family could know the city and some of it surroundings.

Beware and Check your bank account
The customer service at Busy Beaver where the cars are kept is great, make sure though that there isn't an error on paperwork like ticking clean box when car is dirty, you will be charged 75 out of deposit for clean. The ID stuff was ridiculous even wanting to know what high school I went to. They tried to take out of my account 976.00 which funds weren't there, which is the only reason I knew they were taking it out as I got an email stating funds not available. The hire was good but the service was amazing
I needed a car for a couplw of months and this was the oerfecr opportunity.
Theyw ere flexible and reliable and easily contactable.
But what made the experience stand out above all else was the contact i had with Jasper, the representative i was dealing with. He was attentive and conversational. He was professional and compassionate. He did an outstanding job and not enough people get recognised for the good they do.

Ripped off deposit
Customer service was great..no probs there.
But be aware they will take all your deposit for bogus claims..
Car cleaning / panel damage / scratches etc
Car was immaculate when dropped back.. my wife spent 2hrs cleaning and not a mark or scratch anywhere.
I blame the second party contractors at The car storage doing the inspections etc.
Never again ..
Don't get caught out..

Loved the car, it was perfect for my visit to Sydney.
I chose Marie’s car as it was just the car for a fun drive. The payment was handled smoothly and the bond returned promptly. I just wanted a fun drive and the JCW Mini cabriolet was perfect. The staff were friendly & attentive so I’ll definitely be using Drivemycar again.

Beware of privacy intrusion
I booked a car, signed the agreement and provided required documents for identity verification. They later declined my booking saying my credit rating is not good enough. I was completely shocked... since when a car rental company can access customers’ credit score? I checked Australian privacy law and clearly they are not authorised to do so. I am in the process of lodging a complaint to the office of Australian Information Commissioner and I will provide an update here once I get a response. The irony is apparently my credit rating is good enough to get a loan to buy a $75,000 car, but not good enough to rent a $30k car for 7 days from these guys :)

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AND BEWARE OF DRIVEMYCAR:
I booked and paid for the 9-seater van before 3 months for the Christmas Holidays. As my bro's family are here for a visit to Australia, so we all planned to visit most of the places in Australia and as well, booked hotel accommodation in Sydney, Phillip Island. We're 8 people, so booked the 9-seater.
At the last moment, just before two days to pick the vehicle, the customer service team leader sent email (not even a call) saying the vehicle is breakdown and can't replace with similar vehicle.
All they said is they can return my refund.

Beware if hiring for Uber. Terrible service
Every step of the way in hiring a car from this company to use with Uber there were problems. From the beginning until troubles getting my deposit back.
They took my payment without telling me the cars aren’t ready to be driven for Uber and need an inspection. This meant I missed 2 nights of work as there are limited inspection appointments available at such short notice. Drive my car also tried to stick me with paying for the inspection and only after enquiring about it did they say they would reimburse me.

returned during normal business hours but didn’t mention that the place doesn’t operate normal business hours. This resulted in me arriving trying to return the car at a place that was closed. A week after returning the car and over 2 weeks after getting the inspection I am still yet to receive my deposit back or reimbursement for the inspection. The general attitude from the multiple people I have contacted has been - “we understand your frustrations, but nothing will be done for you and nothing will be changed”Similar opinion? DriveMyCar have done it perfectly. The selection of cars is great the pricing is great the customer service is great. Then always follow up and provide good information, and for uber drivers the documentation is provided promptly

Fantastic! I have had some of the best service I have ever experienced.
My Agent was excellent and I can absolutely endorse the service. Should I ever require a car, caravan or what ever other service the company offers I will certainly use it.

Hi andrew, yes, sometimes cars can be booked or not available. Better call them to help you for first booking... rest once you get used to it then you should be fine with it i have booked almost 5 times till now...
