Read more Apologies for any disappointment, however the Dyson V6 range of machines will only work off a battery. The charger cord won't power the machine, only charge the battery. V6 Animal Extra
Hi, I have the V6 Animal Extra, the main roller brush makes a whistle sound, the smaller brush does but not as loud aswell though the motor head itself doesn't.
Does anyone have this situation aswell ? Its not even a week old yet!

Read more The motorized heads do make some noise when operating, however they should have more of a motorized sound rather than whistling.
