Value For Money Disappointing Powerhead
Dreame V11 was purchased when looking at other options including the Dyson equivalents which costs a lot more. The unit was purchased for vacuuming floor rugs, timber floors and tiles.
The powerhead is disappointing, is small and hard to push.
The unit has 3 speeds they are eco, medium and turbo.
The unit is lightweight and easy to use with the normal head or soft roller head.
The pipe or tube is aluminium not plastic.
The dust compartment has a rubber seal at the Max point. Dirt can get past this seal which makes it hard to clean out fully. Yo...
Read moreu need a small brush to get past the seal. Battery life is good for about 30minutes of vaccuming. Overall it's a good unit the only thing that would make it better would be an improved powerhead and the seal in the dust compartment.

great and simple to use
Great on floor boards, picks up the surface dust with ease, leaves nothing behind.
Just as good on the carpet, picks up all those little fine loose items that are normally difficult.

Dyson V11 Great Vaccum cleaner
We have carpets, rugs tiles in the bathrooms and laundry. Then floor boards in the main areas of the house.
The Dyson's performance on all of these floor types worked well, with ease.This vacuum cleaner does a good job. Lightweight and easy to use. Awesome product. Vacuuming has been made easy, mopping the floors made easy.
The Dyson v11 works well on all surfaces, removing all the dog hair with ease and with the mopping attachment cleaning the floor has been made easier. The extra attachments make cleaning the window tracks easy.

My ride or die!!
A product I can't live without!!
Having a toddler & 4 animals means I reach for my dyson on the daily! It works seamlessly on our hardwood timber flooring, bathroom tiles & carpet!
People ask me what my go to product is after having my little one & it is without a doubt, my dyson cordless! Love, love, LOVE!!

Perfect product!

I love this product, take it off charge and away you go!
I have all hard floors but different services, floating boards, slate, tiles and Lino. I’ve even vacuumed on carpet and my car and it hasn’t let me down. V11 can manage all the vacuuming it’s given. Great battery life.

Only vacuum that I have found that is easy to use and at 74 that’s what you need an excellent machine
Both floor tiles and carpet does an excellent job of cleaning both the turbo power automatically clicks in when you are on a surface that needs extra power emptying it out daily is a breeze and keeps it in top condition for daily use

Dyson V11
The Dyson V11 (stick vacuum) is a very handy machine to have. I find it so easy to use and use this rather than sweeping the floor….especially in the tiled kitchen area. It vacs well on carpet and tiles, however when the days are very wet and humid the carpet is harder to vacuum. You have to be conscious not to vac over any water on floor, as this can damage vacuum.
I find when you use the smaller attachments, I need to use the booster power for them to be effective.
What I have found is I use the stick vacuum all the time and not my Dyson b...

It is one of the best vacuums I’ve ever had and I cannot say anything bad at all! Sucks well and charges so quickly. Just awesome I just love it

Error message using turbo mode
The model is just over 1 year. Only had moderate usage as I had a bigger vacuum cleaner which I use for the main cleaning. Now I'm seeing this constant error message and cut out when trying to use the Turbo function. Reading from other forums looks like it is a known/common issue and an issue with the battery. Not expecting such complaints with such product in the 1-year timeframe - especially with medium usage. Not happy with my decision. Got it from eBay . So most probably end up as a regret buy and switch to other brands.

Excellent value, excellent product - well designed, aesthetically pleasing, functional and easy to use. Speedy delivery. I see no reason to go with the “leading brand”. Vacuuming is no longer a chore. I definitely recommend.

Worth buying
Variety of brushes and different power levels. This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. It is light-weight and easy to manoeuvre. The different attachments are easily interchangeable.and work extremely well

Where can I get an original battery for the V11? I've been trying to find one forever, since my v11 battery ran out of juice, but only found them sold at minimum 10 pieces at once, which is way too expensive.

I purchased the V11 a couple of years ago and I have only been using it for 6 months as we had our Dyson repaired.
I love it however it has just stopped working for some reason and there is just a clicking sound. Looks like it charges to full power as all the lights and messages work. I cannot have it serviced or looked at anywhere? How is this brand serviced when the head office tell me they don't have a service centre. Unfortunately I can't remember where I ordered it from.
