Avoid Dreame Completely
Vacuum worked well enough for quick daily tidy-ups over the downstairs tile floor - small open kitchen dining area for a short time. At 9 Months in the wheels fell off the vacuum head and we've been in contact with Dreame since for either repair or replacement of the head through warrenty. Customer service has been a useless snail-paced stream of very short 'rest assured your enquiry has been forwarded to our 'higher department' for review - for the past 3 months. Avoid this cheap brand - it does the job, but is STILL far too expensive for a unit to not even last 12 months of extremely light domestic use. UPDATE: We were contacted by Dreame via Product Review's mediation platform with the same sub-standard fob-off I've come to know from this company and haven't heard a thing since. Just avoid altogether and save your money for a reputable brand.

Terrible
Definitely not worth the money. Broke in less than 5 months! Barely used it. Definitely worth the extra money to buy a good quality stick vacuum over this. Plus if you lose the charger it came with good luck buying another one with an Australian adapter because they don’t exist! You can’t even buy a charger separately. Worst purchase of 2022.

Not worth the money
The suction wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. I was pretty disappointed with it overall.
It does come with a lot of attachments though so makes a good vacuum to do lighter taffic areas

Piece of Junk, Don't fall for all the fake reviews.
Vacuum only works with enough suction on turbo mode. On turbo mode, the battery one lasts for 20 mins not even slightly enough to clean a whole house or do a proper vacuum. The part of the nozzle that goes into the dust chamber is far too small and often just gets clogged up with dust, meaning you have to take the whole thing apart. The thing also starts to loose power when the battery becomes halfway drained and the dust compartment is too small for any decent vaccum. The reviews for this product are great but that just shows that no one has any clue what they are on about. So if your going to buy this POS just walk past and buy a propper vaccum.

Good quality, works well BUT CAN'T CLEAN CARPET
Recently purchased the Xiaomi V11 cordless vacuum cleaner an was surprised to find no carpet head attachment.. there is a hard floor motorised head and other attachments but no carpet head (motorised or not). A real surprise. Maybe I should have read the contents list more thoroughly but really can't clean carpet?? I was told I could buy a White V9 head but it would look crappy! And why do you need to buy extra attachments for a new machine? Oh and you can't but the carpet head til some time in October.
I buy a lot of Xiaomi products but the last 2 items are making me have a rethink..

I purchased the V11 from Kogan and have been in contact with them as the charger stopped working in less than a year of purchasea and I also purchased a 3 year extended warranty. They have advised me that they do not have any spare parts/charger for this va and asked for me to source and they will reimburse me with a credit.

I ordered Dreame V11 vacuum cleaner from Gearbite (ebay) on 27 Mayember 2021 (arrived on 6 Dec) for my daughter to move out in Feb this year. Unfortunately I did not check the unit thought a gift should not be opened. Recently my daughter asked me how to take out the filters to wash. As we discussed I found out the dustbin cannot be opened properly from the beginning. As the dustbin only opens halfway, she had to put her hand inside to pull out the dirt. It's impossible to take out the filters to wash. That means the unit which was bought for around 6 months and has been used for under 4 months is useless now.
I contacted Gerbite on 23 May 2022. They replied that "the spring can rebound automatically if installed correctly" and they asked me to fix it on my own by attaching a utube link.
From what they wrote in the email, it is very obvious this is manufacturer's fault. The manufacturer did not install the bin correctly. I emailed Gearbite again on 25 May telling them it is too complicated for me to fix it and asked them to help. Very disappointing till now (15 days from my last email), they do not response.
This is a good vacuum cleaner but if there is any issue, you are on your own. It seems there is no after sale support in Australia. I am hesitate to purchase any Xiaomi product in future.
