Great company and people to deal with. They are always making sure you are 100% happy with the products and service they are giving you. Highly recommend for any business.

This company are full of lies and deceit. They reel you in relying on the fact you are super busy and want you to do a quick survey and in return will send you a Woolworths voucher that never shows up. They make you believe that it is a free trial of their toners, then send you a bill for $300 plus. After receiving their "Free trial" and realising it isn't "FREE". They won't let you return them. They originally told me that if I was unhappy with the product I could return and they would send a courier to pick up. They could not have been nicer, all while they are scamming me. But when the tables turn and you want to return the product after realising their scam, they turn on you become nasty. Warning: Do not buy from this company

A great company. I have dealt with the same lovely lady for a couple of years, always polite, friendly and helpful. Ive always been told if something doesnt work as it should to let them know and it will be sorted out, Ive never had to worry about it. Great prices, great service.

I continue to receive calls from this company even though I have continually told them we have a contract with another company AND I have never completed a short survey. They seem unable to remove our business number from their system???

Not an honest company to deal with everything is a trick and when caught out they keep trying to send out ink that you have not ordered but tell you that you have and it can't be canceled. If the product was the greatest and cheapest around i would still not do business with this company.

We have been ordering our cartridges from Eco Print Supplies and found the cartridges last 3 times longer than the refills we have previously used. Service is great, just order and they will be delivered to the office.

The team at Ecoprint have been servicing our veterinary hospital in Sydney for the last couple of years and we are delighted with the service we receive from them. There are lots of places we could get out toner from but we choosing eco print primarily because their prices are so reasonable, the product is always great quality, the customer service is amazing and we love their eco-friendly approach to the industry. Emma is our representative and she is always so lovely and helpful. We love the vouchers too :)

Basically try anything to make you believe that you've placed an order with them previously. Everytime their opening line is that their deliveries are running 2 weeks behind, and then go into their spiel. Just hang up.

Never made clear that I was committing to multiple purchases. Told me I could swap the cartridges for another model if I changed printers. When I wanted to do that, they told me it was past the 3 month time limit.
They rely on people too busy to do their due diligence in chasing up the credentials of their business. If only I'd found this site beforehand, I never would have agreed to their lies.

They told our staff members that our company was now moving across to Eco Print as it was a cheaper and a better option and that all branches are doing it.

As per all of the above this is a scam. We were told we had an item on backorder. A newer staff member said it was fine to send the goods out. Now we have realised it wasnt a backorder we are trying to return them!!

Long story short! Similar what everyone one experienced. Inferior products. Terrible and incredibly crude customer service. Very dishonest business and sales practices. We offered to return the remaining products we did not use as we are not happy with both the product and the service, but they insisted that it is not a 'genuine' reason. Only if they were genuine since the beginning. At the end, we persisted to send the products back and even offered to pay for the one we used (even though as per their offer we did not have to if we are not happy). We do NOT recommend to buy from them at all.
