The exact same thing happened to our office as below. We job share at the reception here and they managed to convince the other person I had ordered cartridges from them and had him 'confirm' the order. Thank goodness he contacted me and I told him I did no such thing. Do not make any orders from this scam.

A person cold called my junior office staff member, told them that we use them to order stock and somehow managed to use his name on a purchase order to order unwanted goods. Called office to state that we are not paying for any goods sent to us. Got receptionist and promise of a call back. Shonky shonky shonky.

Received a phone call this morning (4/4/2018 9:48am) and the number was the same as their website. She said you ordered a pick up for recycling. I said....no, not sure what you are talking about. She said 'this is what I'm trying to explain to you, don't worry, have a good day' then hung up!

How odd!

Vendor used suspect sales practices and sent us items when we did not want after calling time and time again even after being hung up on and asked to cease. Will not use and am immediately returning. They have done the same in the past where they continued to send items we apparently ordered when we had done no such thing.

Beware of suspect sales practices and inferior products. We recently ordered their toner cartridges as a result of questionable phone sales tactics, that took advantage of a naive office junior. The products were inferior quality, and leaked into the printer. They contacted us again today saying we had called their customer service centre requesting an order - which we 100% did not.
