Now a day later Nothing ?just in case you people fron Edisons are reading its a 15 drawer bullet brand chest .
Used for 1 day the lock came out in my hand and the chest is locked off,and the 9 drawer unit above has a badly mfg runner .

Took me many emails, NSW Fair Trading to get a full refund.

Ever wonder why there are about 80+ reviews of 1 star? Edison's would say it's a conspiracy.
I say it's the truth regarding their quality of product & quality of service.

I had to pay for courier return.
Unlawful.
Once I involved government, they quickly said oops, did not know shipping is at sellers expense.
Then refunded me their courier charges.

Their own website reviews are ALL 5 star.
Hmmm... wonder which reviews they choose to delete (all the honest ones at 1 to 2 stars).

I have just purchased from you a GenPower pure sine wave 1500 w inverter. Do you have a screen shot from an oscilloscope of the output or a performance test report? I will be using the inverter with sensitive electronics and charging equipment and I am reluctant to put them at risk if there is significant ripple in the sine wave output. Many thanks in anticipation.

We paid for the return of the item and have acted within Australian Consumer Law. Customer is entitled to a repaired item or a store credit. Due to the customer refusing to speak with us we have created a store credit for them to use.

What is going on????
as I said before you have risked our lives with your faulty item.

I don’t know what is wrong with these people their staff from Australia agreed to refund of $200 of our money three weeks ago and never processed the refund. We are still waiting.
When will you refund our money???? We paid through PayPal please refund through PayPal. It is nearly a year dealing with Edison’s. We have a life too.

Mate I bought one too and mine nearly killed me while I had it fully extended and Edison’s blamed me! Do yourself a favour try and get your money back and throw it away they are so dangerous it’s not funny!

I have tried repeatedly to get your Phillipine call-centre to respond via my provided email address regarding the availability of a Baumr brushcutter cylinder and piston. Current one seized (it was provided with correct mixture!!) and I would prefer to repair rather than dispose of it. I can deal with the repairs 0 just need the part(s). It is MOST frustrating to work via an OS call-centre to get these simple questions asked/answered. IF the spares are available I've no idea how they will be purchased, as there does NOT seem to be a site dealing with such stuff. I'd simply just like to talk to a local service guy to answer this simple question.

There have been other exchanges from me with Bob and Edison. Essentially, I have yet again contacted the OS [Phillipine Call Centre] answering service and they (on - request) provided the local Sydney ph No. Spoke to Edison staff and all matters were solved instantly. As I indicated to the Sydney staff WHY go thru this OS call-centre stuff and NOT offer a local ph No??
The local discussion/service total satisfied my enquiry, I've just wasted a lot of time bouncing about in the OS call centres. They ARE OK for general enquiries, but their service did NOT respond adequately to my multiple technical enquiries.
Edison seems a GOOD company to deal with IF, I say IF, you can talk to them directly.

Hi i bought a 22" MTM 62 TC Chain saw on the 21 st May Item num 131912222339 for $ 119.00 on line ( Trans ID 8CX68461NT542852Y ) and after only 4 times of use the the front chain sprocket on the bar has let go, and has jammed the chain onto the bar . as it is only 2 months old what can you do to fix this problem ? . waiting for your reply Thank you Bill & Maggie.

All our items have 12 months warranty and within the first 2 months if your item is found to be faulty or damaged in transit we will cover the cost to have your item returned to us for inspection. Outside the 60 days our customers are responsible to return their item.
Batteries are a consumable item and are not covered by the warranty unless it is dead on arrival or there is a battery issue we are made aware of shortly after purchase.

Hi have a generator which failed AGAIN large unit 170Kg was freighted back and returned to fail after 20 min operation now dead again and no responce from Eldisons as to returning etc. Would appreciate some technical advice to see if can do location parts swap rather than $200 of freight and days labour to return and pick up.

Hi Craig. You have my sympathies! When you say failed, what exactly do you mean? Is it failing to start? Failing to deliver required current? Or is it (like mine was) constantly tripping the circuit breaker? You can get it checked by an independent electrician, but of course remember that if you do, Edisons will claim you voided their (pathetic) warranty: even if you get it done by a licensed electrician. If you are lucky enough (!) to be suffering from a circuit breaker that is constantly tripping, it appears that the generators use poor quality C/B's...all it would take is an appropriately rated decent quality replacement and you are home and hosed. Let me know how it goes...happy to offer help again!

Thanks Greg is a 6KVA one, diesel and motor is running fine but just flails to provide electricity, took back and they replaced a RVM or such similar however few hours later same problem starts runs and noting out :(

I have a faulty product purchased from Edisons through Ebay. Paid $99.00 for a Protege Solar Water Pump which worked for 3 days. I have sent photographs to Edisons 3xtimes which they are stating they have not received and Ebay is not forwarding the photos to Edisons. I cannot wait another 2 weeks to purchase another online and have attended my local store and purchased a replacement. What else can i do to get my money back from Edisons? I thought it's safe to buy things off Ebay
