Great product
Massive freezer with separate compartments, plenty of storage in fridge with draws to separate meat and veg. Lots of easy to use functions and love the water filter and quick ice. Very easy to clean and hardly makes a sound. Very good quality product and have not had any regrets about my purchase.

LOVE THIS FRIDGE!!!!
This fridge is super quiet, keeps fruit and veg super fresh and crisp and make ice automatically for your convienance! i love how there is a control so you can turn the ice maker off or the water or both! there are also eaps of modes you can put the fridge in e.g. fast ice which has been a life saver!!! really easy to clean as there are rubber inserts/mats in all the compartments that are removeable!

Beautiful, but unbearably loud
We bought this fridge on the strength of the reviews, including a few that remarked how quiet it was.
Our first delivery had a rattling compressor. Appliances Online swapped it out. The second didn't have the rattle but is still embarrassingly loud. The compressor is almost always running. Even with normal use in a cool kitchen (Melbourne).
The reviews suggesting this fridge is quiet are either not on the level or the production line is not consistent. Either way, this has been a deeply disappointing purchase.

ridge is perfect. It's beautiful, well designed and constructed very well. But if you have an open plan or semi open plan, or you value your peace and quiet, avoid this fridge at all costs. Update: While I was unsatisfied with the product, both Electrolux and Appliances Online bent over backwards to resolve my concerns. Absolutely Grade A customer service. The sense I got from both companies was that there haven't been issues with this product and that we may have had some bad luck. That was persuasive, but we weren't really prepared to try again. We ended up cutting our losses and going with a different fridge which is markedly quieter, but nowhere near as premium in its finish as the Electrolux.Similar opinion? Love the ice and water and good design.
We upgraded to this fridge when we had our kitchen renovated. Love the chilled water function and the ice maker.
The size is perfect for our five person family with three big eating teenagers. (We do have a separate small upright freezer for dogfood and extras.) I like the large deli and vegie drawers, though very occasionally they get stuck and need to be jiggled back into position.
Easy to turn functions on and off with the controller. All in all I'd say we are really happy.

t had a couple of issues which were fixed under warranty by Electrolux (wrong ice tray, cracked bottle shelf). And while it was a bit of a saga getting the right replacement for the cracked bottle shelf (with three incorrect pieces arriving) they didn't give up until I had the right one.Similar opinion? Good fridge, doesn's show messy fingerprints!
This has been a great fridge, especially because the outside stays pretty much finger-print free. We purchased it in 2015. The Westinghouse fridge we had before this one was really annoying to clean and the doors got dinted easily. The Electrolux has kept in really good condition. We have had no trouble with it and would buy the product again, only now I think they're no longer made in Australia which would make me reconsider a purchase.

Great fridge
Lovely fridge, very pleased with purchase.
Quiet, haven't even heard the ice drop down into bucket
Nice design. So far keeping perfect temps.
Love that you can adjust the size of the ice cubes.
Great space in the fridge. Could do with 2 wine stands as it only came with one. That's my only gripe.

Had some issues, but very happy now.
I picked this fridge because it fit my recess perfectly. It was really hard to find a french door fridge this small. I'm very happy with it. It looks and works perfectly... but there were some teething problems. The first unit I received had a blemish on one of the doors which took away from the design, which is part of why I paid a premium price for this product. Electrolux offered a $300 credit toward another of their products (I was sure they had originally offered a $300 refund, but apparently I heard them wrong). The bigger issue was the t...Read more
he fridge was freezing everything. They sent a service person out and he found a wire that was not connected at the factory. He connected it, and said it might fix the problem, but to be on the safe side, he ordered a new fridge for me. That excellent service was provided by a local company sent by Electrolux, rather than by Electrolux themselves. The replacement has been working great for 6 months now.Similar opinion? Never knew what I was missing
Okay so I was downsizing my home and all looked good until I checked the size of my fridge housing,.... 1cm too short, are you kidding me 1cm. So off to the shops to look at a replacement. This was the best choice in terms of layout function and power usage. Now I have cold filtered water on tap and an ice maker that never needs topping up and lower energy costs. Maybe that 1cm was a blessing after all, because I'd never go back to the old one now I'm used to this.

Almost excellent......
Fridge has great features, great controls (anyone who's pulled a frozen beer that you forgot about out of the freezer will love the drink quick-chill timer!), great space for size, easy install for water/ice makers etc BUT we live in the tropics where input water temp is high 20s - unfortunately the water chiller just doesn't quite chill to a temp that is refreshing on a stinking hot day. That's really the only disappointment at this early stage - we still have to keep a water jug in the fridge

PERFECT FRIDGE FOR OUR NEEDS.
Had a problem with a new F & P Ice Maker Fridge (as reported);
Harvey Norman offered to replace it with another, no hassels! On carefully checking all similar French Door fridges with water and ice, opted for this Electrolux EHE5267 - Fantastic,!
Love the compartments in the fresh food side, plenty of space for bottles on door and inside as well as platters if needed. Water & ice worked immediately. Plenty of room in freezer for food for a couple, however, most people have another freezer elsewhere. The design is very sleek & modern and ...Read more

Exceeds expectations
Looks great in place. Runs super quiet and if the energy rating is to be believed very economical. Temp setting and mode controls well placed and easy to use. Water supply is easy to connect and the ice maker and water chiller are excellent. Good space inside chiller section and double draw compartment a plus. Freezer compartment is not overly large but is well laid out. Found sliding freezer drawer a bit clunky when opening and closing also one side of French door makes heavy noise when opening and closing. might be a warranty issue. All in all very happy with purchase.

Great fridge, amazing how much stuff you can fit in it.
Ordered it online from Goodguys. Picked it up the same day. They had the best price and had a manufacturer cashback offer which made it even cheaper. Great fridge, Fits perfect in the space & has good capacity for it's size. Keeps cold, freezer is good. Can't say anything bad about it.

Great fridge
Great fridge for the space we have, excellent finish runs quite and the water in the door and ice in the freezer is so handy you miss out on the crushing feature but I didn't care it give u so much more space in your fridge. Haven't cleaned it yet but seems like it would be very easy enough and the stainless steel is real not just a rap all in all great fridge if u have a low shelf above the fridge space.

So far, so good, early days yet... (update)
Sadly our 20 year old American made Whirlpool side by side two door fridge died. I could have spent some money on it and kept it going but thought it was time to move on to something more energy efficient. It was however a seriously good fridge, (though very noisy), but great reliability and really good ice and water dispenser. When we bought it, it was five star efficiency, the best around, and power use by the sticker said about 966kwh per year, which proved to be right on the money when measured with my power meter.
So we took the plunge ...Read more
on a new Electrolux as it's just about the only one which fits the available space with plumbed water and ice maker, now five days old, but so far we are very happy. I'm hoping that some of the early negative reports on earlier models were just quality control issues, which have hopefully been fixed as the design matures. Fingers crossed that it proves reliable, because if not, I won't ever buy Electrolux again! That's one reason I didn't consider Samsung, with many reports including the experience of a very good friend who found them very unreliable. Good points: Very quiet. In fact, absolutely brilliant compared to our old fridge, which was very noisy, particularly the condenser fan. About the only time the new fridge is really audible is after it comes out of a defrost cycle, or after adding warm food or drinks which has the compressor working harder for a short while. Being an inverter fridge, the compressor speeds up or slows down as required, which makes it very power efficient. Note that these new super efficient fridges are not as powerful as older fridges, so take longer to pull temps down when first turned on or after adding a lot of food. I would recommend that the "boost feature" is used - (which lowers the temp for a while) - if heading off to the supermarket for a big shopping order. Mostly though the compressor just ticks over drawing as little as 30- 50 watts, and is virtually inaudible, which is brilliant. Maximum power draw, which is when defrosting, is well under 300w, so this would be a terrific fridge for "off grid" use. Very energy efficient (I have been watching it on a power meter- so far right on spec at about 1kwh per day, which is what the sticker says!) That is way better than our old fridge which was 2.6kw per day, though it was a fraction bigger.1 comment

Have loved this fridge. Have had it maybe 12-24 months. The freezer draw has stopped sliding well, on & off for about 6 months, and now won’t seal properly. Anyone else?!!! (Also lesser issue but anyone found easy access to water filter replacements?) TIA. cheers kiera

How often does this fridge produce ice? We connected the fridge last night, ice feature is on but has not quite filled the bottom layer of the tray. I would have expected more ice within 24hours

My icemaker has slowed down and eventually stopped producing ice. I have turned it on and off at the internal ice control but it is still not working. Please help with any other trouble shooting before i have to schedule a service call.

tures are very much appreciated, and work well. (However unfortunately we found that if anything from a shelf in the fridge falls with a door open, it hits the front lining and/or top edge of the freezer door and causes a dent very easily, so be careful.)
