Good quality washer
Good for delicate and wool garments as well as bulk heavy items. The features I love most are: the vapour refresh cycle and premixing of soap. Being a front loader, most cycles take long time, but this one has a quick 15 min cycle as well as a daily 60 min cycle. The only issue I have is that the 15 min cycle only washes in 30 degrees temperature whereas many of my garments need be washed in cold water.

great
Very quiet... you can add clothes mid cycle (bonus!!) We usually use the 60 minute cycle but it has many more options for different types of fabric. Can't fault it so far. We used to buy Bosch all the time so this is a change for us. It also comes with a cycle to wash the drum.

Worst performance of any washing machine ever owned
I purchased this Electrolux w/m in late December 2022, just over a month ago. After a false start with it being unbalanced by delivery people for nAOL, that was quickly sorted and thought we were away. However it is VERY noisy and probably more importantly does NOT wash items properly. I have contacted Electrolux, with no response to date, and being busy as we all are I thought I would persevere and try all cycles and see outcome. nope! Items still coming out not washed correctly.( no I am NOT overloading) In fact it is almost as though it is n...
Read moreot rinsing also. I have watched the cycles and there is even some soap suds on the door when cycles finish ( no I am NOT using too much detergent). My previous machine was a Miele and I gave up on it as it had become too noisy. This brand new Electrolux from day 1 has been equally as noisy on final spin especially. If I had known how damp the reduced spin ( max 1200) was I also would not have purchased. Plus the cycle times don't offer a great choice, ie either too long or too short ( 15 min.s shortest and also proved useless for the literally unsoiled small amount of my clothes i had in it) My husbands work clothes came out clean with my previous machines but this Electrolux still has a kind of "film" on them ie not rinsing or washing correctly. I am VERY unhappy with this machine and especially as I used the reviews on numerous sites and trusted Electrolux's promises...all in hindsight unwisely.Purchased in for $800.

Laundry Made Easy
We have had the Electrolux for 2 weeks now. It is super quiet, it has a large capacity and very easy to use. I like that you can set a favourite function and add more clothes during the cycle.

Great features but clothes aren't washing well
I loved the features that this machine has - ability to pause before water has reached a certain level to add a garment, wool handwash safe, fantastic water and electricity efficiency. After washing, all is clean but finding that clothes are coming out very crushed and looking aged, still trying to find a solution for this.

Love how quiet this is !
I have had this machine for 2 months and love it. It is quite, washes brilliantly and has great options. If I could, I would have given 4 1/2 stars. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was that I would like it to spin towels a little drier for winter but in the scheme of things it's not a big deal as my towels are very thick.

Best washing machine ever
Our Fisher&Paykel became dysfunctional and we've never been happy with it from the beginning. After 10 years and few fixes it was time for a new one.
After going through all the reviews at ieatwords.com.au for other brands, decision was made to purchase Electrolux EWF8524CDWA.
This particular model has no reviews at ieatwords.com.au, I think mine is the first one. We checked retailers web site reviews for this one.
First wash was noticeably quiet and daily wash pre-set takes 1 hour. Clothes come out ready to hang, untangled and most ...
