We bought this vacuum cleaner 2 years back. The suction is just perform for a home and it was pretty silent.
I would like to thank the customer service for the excellent services they provided everytime I had issues.
The wheels of the base would come off, but customer service immediately replaced it new one.

great suction although doesn't last long enough.
having to clean it out after every vacuum.
it's quiet which is a bonus. easy to maneuver however quite heavy to get up stairs while vacuuming the stairs.
i vac my whole house ....(large 3 bedroom, 2 story) but sometimes have to stop halfway to empty
and then at times it must need to cool down because it won't turn back on but works again later (which can be quite annoying).

It does a good job on both carpets and vinyl. It is light to move around and holds a good amount of dirt, so it cleans the whole house before I have to empty it. The power cord is a good length so I only have to change power points once to do the whole house.

Was advised by Harvey Norman sales rep that this was a great vacuum... miserable fail at $438!! After 2 weeks the wheel fell off and is still constantly falling off ... it's used one a week on floorboards and carpet ... suction is awful even after replacing filter x 2... stick Dyson and stay waaaay clear of this company!!! I had a $200 machine that did a waaaay better effort.
