Ok, so after trying a bissell steam mop a few years ago, I was convinced steam mops were just that, full of steam. But after a few years and a sewage leak in our ensuite, I reconsidered. We have a 42sq home, with plenty of tiles. This was an amazing product, purchased from Costco about 2 years ago. Last year, I was unable to continue using the product as steam started to leak on the handle where the switch is located. I can use it (somewhat) if I where gloves, but then the steam becomes extreme and causes burning.

Excellent machine! Used to it battle an infestation of bed bugs and it was "the cavalry !" Does all you say it will then more. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I have only used the appliance on two occasions so far as it has only just been purchased but highly impressed with it so far. Looking forward to doing more things around the house with it to see how it goes.

Great for cleaning door and screen tracks and brilliant for cleaning tile grout. I am fussy and this one does the job beautifully for me

I love my monster steam cleaner, more uses than you can imagine, window and door tracks, every square inch of the shower cubicle. I had quite a build up of soap scum on the tiles in the shower, sprayed with a shower product, left for 30 mins and cleaned it off with the monster, no scrubbing! It cleans so easily without scrubbing, plus the attachments allow you to get to the high and low spots so easily, no bending. Looked at more expensive models but couldnt justify the extra money. I bought this product last month and it's almost done all the cleaning job in my house and I'm really glad to have the monster.

Only about 2 years old and rarely being used. I only use the floor tool for this (so basically I use it as a steam mop, never used the other attachments) Now there is steam leaking out from when you change the attachments. This is when you hold the handle and there is steam coming out. It is poorly designed as even if steam should leak out, it should not burn you.

I find this appliance helpful in cleaning the grout between the tiles you would not believe how much dirt comes out on the floor tiles. Cleaning the window tracks is a breeze and cleaning my lounge and getting rid of any odours is fantastic. I haven't used it on the oven yet to see how efficient this machine is. Depends on what you are expecting but I find this worth the money you get approx 40 minutes of steam before having to turn off and allow to cool before refilling.
Portable and easy to carry around

I have purchased the SC60-R Monster Steam Appliance just over one month ago and I am so impressed with it's cleaning power. No one loves cleaning, but this "do everything" steam makes the job quicker and leaves house feeling so clean. I love it for the shower tiles and glass particularly, but it also breezes over tiles and doesn't leave them damp as the steam is really dry. FANTASTIC! I removed dirty "grout" lines that had been there for years - the best part was that, unlike other products, you are not left with soaking wet floors. Its brilliant - with the handy window cleaning attachment all the dirt and dust on my windows was removed quickly and now they sparkle - WITHOUT the use of harsh chemicals and I am not left with any streaks. You can see it is a quality European appliance - and the attachments suit any situation. Would highly recommend. You can clean for a long time before you have to refill with water. Lightweight and reliable.

Love the extra volume in the unit but have found the plastic hose and handle attachments become quite hot if used for an extended time. The cleaning fabrics supplied only lasted one use before holes appeared but have used other mop cloths quite successfully. The steam is brilliant for cleaning my floors and I feel better for not using chemicals.

There is not a steaming job in the kitchen bathroom and toilets it is portable and light to carry around the house I found every nozzle supplied worked efficiently the time it takes to heat up is minimal and the heat it generates is enormous and it keeps going and going

I love the compact body that's easy to manage and has loads of accessories to help one clean everything from tiles to BBQ's. I find this product a brilliant buy especially for an older person as its light and manageable. I clean nearly everything with it including the showers, concrete benchtops and glass balustrades around the deck.

Great product to work with, easy and very handy to get mould out of the small corners and cracks of the shower. Great also for cleaning grout inbetween my floor tiles! No smell! Very handy cleaning Windows and shower glass doors. Doesn't take very long for the water to heat up and they supply a very handy water pouring container which makes putting water into the small opening on the unit, very easy and without spilling water everywhere. I've used this same container when putting water into my Monster steam mop also!

A little awkward to carry around. A bit time consuming if you have a large area you want to clean.

Can not fault the product as it stands as it does everything it says it will but would love to see added a water gauge so that you know when it needs topping up and think that a steam depressure valve would be a great addition for when you refill the water tank

This appliance has been an absolute saviour, no more back breaking scrubbing, high reaching, over stretching or smeared windows and mirrors. I has cut my work time for any one job by 50%. I use it for cleaning my; sealed cork floors, tiled floors, bathroom wall tiles, seamless shower screen, kitchen cupboards - inside & out, full mirrored walls, granite bench top, stainless steel refrigerator and laundry sink.

I love the way it cleans floors, not so good on the windows. Not so keen on the way you have to put the cloth thingy on the head, it seems to want to come off.

This mop is so easy to use. My son purchased this for me for a gift and I love it, it is just wonderful. No more chemical cleaners. Easy to use and the floors are so clean now. Easy to put together and easy to store. I love the retro shape as well.

The monster steam cleaner takes the hard work out of cleaning. It's so versatile - I use it to clean the floor (works wonders on dirty grouting), the bathroom (removes soap scum from screens better than any chemical cleaner), the baby's toys and as a garment steamer. It's safer than using chemicals with the baby and effortlessly and quickly cleans better than any chemical.
versatility - replaces so many other cleaners and equipment

Love this product I hate cleaning but someone has to do it. The Steam cleaner is so easy to use it's bliss. I have a huge area of tiles and the grout was feral. I used the small attachment to clean it and it came up a real treat. My tiles have a rough surface and dirt gets stuck in the pores so with the large scrubbing attachment they came up great as well.so I'm a happy little camper.

I have been pleasantly surprised how easy the product is to use and how efficiently it does all the different cleaning jobs. It is light to handle and produces a very high temperature of steam to clean compared to previous cleaners I have had. Actually made cleaning all my tiles quite an easy job.

This steam mop is Great for floors and grout! It Heats up quickly and is easy to fill. It comes with lots of useful attachments too. It packs away easily and is very light to carry. It can be used for many purposes and floor types. I find many uses for my steamer.

The attachments are quite hard to attach and remove and the towelling mop does not stay put on the head.

We have a house full of tiles, didn't want to use chemicals to clean the floors and grout. The unit works well and is not heavy so can be used with shoulder strap to clean bathroom, splash back walls etc. We have even been using the unit to clean the windows with good results.

A good tip is to use distilled water, we have since purchasing it.

Have recommended to a few friends already.

We have only had it for a couple of weeks and wonder how we did with out it .The ease of using it is amazing, so far we have cleaned the floors, fly screens, windows, B -B- Q and my ute had green algae growing on the back canopy and the Monster removed in a jiffy next cleaning job will be on the boat, We now look forward to doing the cleaning, Why had no one told us about this product before now
