Are you using a robot to respond to these reviews because it sure does read that way.
The responses remind me of politicians....they say something that says nothing.
People just want an oven that will do the basics well. Craig took the time to point out design faults,
but the responses he got took not much effort at all and did not address the issues.
I think in this day and age, design and functionality standards should be way better.
The responses to reviews or questions or issues need to be way better as well.
Would you agree or disagree ?

Hi Harry, what you said is true. Problem is even organisations can't seem to handle constructive criticism to improve their products. So, when warranty expires they have no further commitment to the customer. By the way, I didn;t have that installed until after the 12 month warranty expired unfortunately.Moral of the story-look for other brands.

I have just moved into a rental property which has a Euromaid upright cooker installed. It has the controls at the front and has a ceramic glass cooktop. When using the cooktop, the burner heats up and goes red, but when I place my frypan on the top, the burner loses heat, and stews steak as opposed to frying it. What is happening? Could it involve my cookware? Do I need a particular type of cookware? If so, what sort should I use? If it has nothing to do with my cookware, what is the issue. I am a very experienced and competent cook, and have never had this occur with any other stoves I have used. Please advise.
