Hi Euromade,
My washing machine sometimes leakes. I checked the seal. There is a spring seal around the rubber seal that keeps the rubber seal in place. Some part of the rubber seal has come off. Is there any way to put the rubber seal back under the spring?

Hi Milad,
It can be refitted, however you will need external circlip pliers and you must be very careful not to rupture the door seal. We would recommend having a technician do this for you to avoid damaging the appliance.

Hi. I have a WM5 washing machine. I had placed it on a wash but it did not complete the cycle. I could then not open the door - it was locked. I also couldn't get it to complete the cycle. I switched it off and unplugged it for a few minutes, then plugged it back in and still was unable to open door. I tried to set the cycle to a rinse so the water might drain - but the washing machine just seems stuck. The timer shows 18min. The start/pause button does not work . Any suggestions would be helpful!

Can you please try the following:
1. Turn off at power outlet (remove plug from socket) - wait 60 seconds.
2. Turn programmer selector to the “cotton” setting ( at the 12 o’clock position)
3. Turn the power back on
4. Press and hold the “start/pause” button for 10 seconds ( audible beep will sound)
If this does not work, please give us a call on 1800 444 357
The LED display has almost disappeared from the machine - just a couple of the symbols still appear - is it possible to replace this part ourselves or does it require a technician to do this.?

Hello, my machine stopped working: the display shows 00:00, when I press start button for 3s, it shows ‘C on’.
I tried to turn it off and put into cotton position, but it comes back with the same message.

Hi team,, I have a Euromaid WM5 ( Still in warranty ), having issue with start/pause button again, Your tech visited last time and fixed the start/pause button with glue as he didn't bring that part ( i remember there was a transparent try which hold and push the buttons back was broken. Our WM5 washing machine won't go onto the correct program when we turn the knob and the settings on the display often jump around. When the display does look like it's settled into the regular wash cycle and we turn it on, it seems to agitate a lot less than it used to, like it is on a delicates cycle and the clothes often don't come out completely clean. I've tried the reset process a few times and there's no beep. Any ideas?

I put it once on hot water tap only one washing, when I realise my mistake I moved it back to the cold water tap... but since then it stop washing the clothing properly... the clothing stay dirty, Did I damage the machine because of my mistake?

I pull the handle open as I push the door shut, press firmly then let the door handle close, and that makes it latch in. I do that to be gentle with the latch. It does take a few mins to start the cycle after that (I assume while the machine is doing all its checks to get going). Hope that helps!
the machine keeps stopping towards the end of the cycle and keeps spinning then stopping.. I have done several test runs now and still happening. Any ideas?

If the inlet tap is on and the hose is free of obstruction, the machine will fill as required.
Please ensure you only have the machine connected to cold water, the tap is turned on (adequate pressure) and the inlet hose if free of obstruction.

Hi, I have a WM5 model and no matter what option I select, the door locks and I can see water pour through the sides. Then all the sudden there is silence and nothing happens. The timer still counts down but the machine isn’t doing anything? I have read previous comments and have tried the unplug for 60 seconds, turn to cotton thing but nothing is happening? Please help!

Hey I just got the wm5. But after every wash the machine will not empty the water. We have to manually poor the water out from the bottom does anyone have a fix for this?? Our clothes are soaking wet!

My washing machine Euromaid WM5 comes up with the error code 8365 when the machine is reset in the cotton mode after holding in the start button when powering back up. Have tried everything i have read here. Any suggestions ?

Our WM5 fills with water then gets stuck in wash mode. The drum spins for a period of about 5 seconds, pauses then repeats. It will not continue on to rinse, drain or spin. Any help?
